This large Fred Davis amethyst brooch was produced 1930's - early 40's. Measuring 4 1/2" long, 2 3/16" wide, it features a gorgeous hand-carved amethyst tulip. Pin closes with a roller. Signed and hallmarked with a conjoined FD and Silver Mexico. Weight is 32 grams. In excellent vintage condition. Some very minor abrasions on the edge of the tulip, but nothing seen without magnification.

Outstanding vintage Los Ballesteros Mexican bracelet in solid sterling silver. Marked with the Los Ballesteros mark, also marked HECHO EN MEXICO, STERLING 925, and with design number 39. An early piece, circa 1940. With slide clasp and safety chain. Very substantial at 87 grams/3.1 ounces. Very flexible and drapes beautifully because of its weight. A stunning and super wearable collectible piece.

Beautiful dimensional bracelet with repousse work in pre-Columbian style motifs. Circa 1940. Marked STERLING 925 TAXCO MEX and signed CP or OP. It weighs 51 grams. This very early Los Castillo bracelet was likely designed by Margot. A very rare and monumental piece. Collector quality.

A large teardrop amethyst adorns the center front, and the swirls of silver have tiny beading. Can be worn either with the amethyst facing down from the wrist resting on the hand, or the opposite way higher on the wrist.

Width in front is about 2 1/2"...

Circa early 1940's, this is a superb slinky chain bracelet from William Spratling. It's a heavy handwrought piece, with a closed, wearable length of 7 1/2" and a width of 7/8". Classy and elegant, and feels fabulous on the wrist. Signed and hallmarked with the WS Print Circle "Spratling Made in Mexico WS", and Spratling Silver. Weight is 115.2 grams. Excellent vintage condition, collector quality. Silver tested to be 98% purity.

This sterling silver necklace was designed and signed (c.1940) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The pendant measures 3 1/4" X 3 1/4" and can be worn as a brooch by easily detaching the 20" long sterling silver chain. The pendant with chain weighs 110 grams. This Fred Davis is properly signed and 15.5 inches long and will catch your eye when walking by. The amethyst stones are berry colored and bright. Even harder to find are nice well formed bezels. The necklace makes a presence with a height of 1 inch. There is no damage or repairs. I will include a safety chain if you prefer to wear it longer. These amethyst earrings have no hallmarks. They were converted to posts, and whatever marks were present are now gone. The design is one which I've only seen from Matilde Poulat. Amethysts are gorgeous, perfectly matched in color with natural inclusions. Each earring measures 1 1/16" x 7/8". Weight is 21.1 grams. No dings, dents, dimples. Amethyst are free of any cracks or chips.
