Handcrafted silver necklace in a modern biomorphic design; necklace features a tongue & box closure to attach both pieces. Sigi, cousin of Los Castillo founder, Antonio Castillo, spent years working with Los Castillo, Salvador Teran, Felipe Martinez, and Margot de Taxco before opening his own shop in 1952. A large 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, peridots, green tourmalines, pink tourmalines and garnets. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950’s to highlight the range of colored gemstones available from Stern’s Brazilian mines. It later came to be called “Sputnik” for its resemblance to the spiky Soviet satellite launched in 1957...

These stylized lily of the valley earrings are from the 1960-s. The non pierced earrings are made of 14Kt two tone gold and diamonds with “French backs”. The leaf in the back is made of textured 14Kt yellow gold, the flowers are white gold and each set with two diamonds. The approximate total weight of all eight diamonds is 0.15Ct. The earrings are 1 3/8” high and 5/8” wide.

Weighs approximately, 28 dwt, which is 43.5 Grams and measures approx 2.5" and the center circle which functions as the clasp is approx 2.25" with the larger ball at about an inch. Made in Italy in the 1960's/70's. Fully signed and hallmarked. Excellent vintage condition.

Huge statement size Bakelite bangle in yellow (originally probably a cream color and now oxidized and aged) with a Maltese cross in goldtone metal with green Gripoix glass cabochons and small colorless strass stones. Stones are prong set. The cross is attached to the bracelet with rivets. Tests positive for Bakelite. Examples of this piece are generally considered to be early unsigned Chanels. Circa 1950...

Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. They each have five curved and crimped petals with a 4-pronged ruby(5 points each) between each petal and a center turquoise stone. There are a total of 10 rubies. Each pin measures 1 1/4" in diameter and is 1/2" high. Unusual and very cute. Excellent condition, except that one ruby has a small "bite" but is held firmly in place by the prongs...

A lovely Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold pin in the form of a violet, each of the petals worked in soft shades of violet, rose, cream and green. The flower is centered with a 10-pt old European cut diamond. In the Victorian language of flowers, the violet represented faithfulness. The back is marked “14K”.
