A Victorian 10k yellow gold ring featuring genuine blue iolites and natural seed pearls circa 1880s. The iolites are a deep royal blue gem stone in round antique cut. Burmese sapphires were expensive and often difficult to obtain in the late 19thC, so good quality iolites were sometimes used - these stones are original to the ring, not replacements. The flower circle design stayed popular into the Edwardian period, although Edwardian examples were usually simpler with less gem stones...

A very handsome pair of 18K yellow gold double-sided cufflinks, the faces simply set with round brilliant cut citrines. The prongs holding the stones are reeded for an added a touch of elegance. A classic 18K yellow gold tapered band by Tiffany & Co. set at the crown with an oval cabochon citrine. The stone has very nice slightly orangey-yellow color and eye-clean clarity. The ring has a very solid feel and can be worn by either a man or woman. The interior of the shank is marked “750” for 18K and is signed by Tiffany. This ring is no longer available at Tiffany, but originally sold for $2,150.
