Rare and beautiful 970 silver and aventurine bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda.This is a wonderful mid-century design, one that I have not seen before. Measuring 7" aroung in the inside when closed, it is 1" wide in the center and gradually tapers to the back. Hinged and opens and closes in the back with a push in clasp and original safety chain. Weighing 73 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed with the Antonio crown, eagle 208 JCL Taxco and 970 as shown in the photo...

Common to South Arabia and Yemen, the mesh "labbeh" or "Kirdam" were worn wrapped around the neck or attached to the sides of the headgear hanging down as a frame to women’s chin. A modernist sterling silver heavy link bracelet signed Gra Wun for the Scottsdale Arizona jeweler Ray Graves. The links slope towards one direction for a three dimensional effect. Measures 8" long and 1/2" across. Has a hook closure which holds securely. Marked Gra Wun and Sterling on the back. His sterling jewelry is hard to find. Well made and fine condition.

Striking sterling silver and gem stone quality amethyst bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. Bracelet measures 3/4" wide with a wearable length of up to 6 1/2" long. Beautiful condition with no chips or dings. His designs are the central focus of SILVER SEDUCTION: THE ART OF MEXICAN MODERNIST ANTONIO PINEDA. Antonio designs are also included in the permanent 20th Century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art - LACMA.

A pair of vintage modernist sterling silver cuff links with green (possibly jade) cabochons by noted silversmith, Ed Wiener. Three dimensional design. Measure 3/4" long and 5/8" across. Marked Ed Wiener, Sterling on the bars. Toggles work fine. Fine condition. Cool Mid Century design.

Reminiscent of machine-age design, these mid-century silver cuff links are composed of applied semi-circular bars spanning the width of a flat, rectangular bar. The anchor bars are flat, plain panels with hinges. They are marked 830, with the maker’s mark of Eiler & MarlØe of Copenhagen (1920-1967). They measure 1 inch long by a little over ¼ inch wide at the areas where the curved bars are attached. Total weight: 18 grams

This twisted enamel bangle of sterling silver resembles the work of Canadian metalsmiths such as Guy Vidal and John Larin, who produced highly textured designs during the late 1960s and 1970s. This bangle features a ribbed surface on both sides, with alternating pockets of burnt orange and dark maroon enamels, with one pocket left undecorated — possibly for stamping what looks like a mark of some kind on the reverse...

A rare and very interesting pair of flip-up stirrup cufflinks in 14K yellow gold by Carrington. Each end of the connectors are fitted with a green nephrite jade cabochon. This style was popularized by Cartier, and this is the only we’ve seen by the great American maker, Carrington. The use of nephrite is most unusual, as well, instead of the more common onyx or dark blue sapphire. Each cufflink is stamped with Carrington’s 14K hallmark.

An elegant pair of 18K yellow gold earclips, each featuring a cluster of round green tourmalines surrounded by a looping double border of gold. The tourmalines are have fine, saturated color, excellent cut and excellent clarity. The earrings are marked “18K”. The clips could easily be changed to posts.

A classic Victorian 14K yellow gold hinged bangle bracelet with black taille d’épargne enameling in scrolling floral pattern. The delicate enamel design is further accented with a stippled background that adds a sense of depth.

A fine Victorian 18K yellow gold locket of modified kite shape in the Etruscan Revival style. The gold surfaces have a matte finish and are enhanced with a variety of ropetwist and beaded decorations in a sort of laced corset design. The back of the locket conceals a glass-covered compartment for a photo or hair. The locket door has a period “VBR” monogram.

The wearable length is 7 in. long and each of the four sections are shaped to lay on the wrist absolutely perfect. This stunning large necklace has multi stands of red/orange and black beads. The outside strands are decorated with a few small bronze bell forms and separated with cast bronze separators. This necklace is from Cameroon Africa. The natural fiber cording ends are woven together and topped on one side with a shell and on the other side with a loop...together forming a clasp...very similar construction to necklaces out of Nepal

What a great quality necklace this is with 1 in. tall links and 76 grams of heft. No chips,damage or dents. Hallmarked as shown and will update site if I can verify the rectangle mark. The wearable is 18 inches long but you can hook it in another ring to make it shorter if desired. This is a necklace you can wear wherever you go or with whatever you wear, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
