A superb vintage 1950s period four strand necklace and matching clip-on earrings. This set consists of the 22-1/2" quadruple strand necklace and the 1-1/4" x 1-1/8" earrings. Each has gold plated mounts and the necklace has a snapover catch. The beads include molded turquoise glass, gold plated beads and facetted round and tubular black glass beads. They are unsigned but there is a PAT. 2733491 on the earrings...

An E A Bliss gold plated buckle design sash brooch circa 1895. This hand engraved pin measures 3-1/8" x 1-5/8" and has the original c-clasp. It has the company mark of the EA Bliss company of New York (est. 1875). This company later became Napier. Sash pins were quite popular at the end of the Victorian era, with some fine Art Nouveau designs also. A scarce World War I era 60" patinated metal and purple cut glass fan or watch chain circa 1915. Unsigned but possibly English, it was common for jewelry at this time to be blackened or patinated so as to avoid flashing and glinting, which could have been seen by the enemy fliers at night. World War I planes were smaller and flew lower, so moonlight reflecting on jewelry allowed people to be seen...

A beautiful late Edwardian period vintage rhodium plated sautoir with facetted amethyst crystals c1915-20. The central drop is 3/4" wide and 3" long, and the loop chain is 15-1/4" (including the replacement sterling silver springring catch). This beauty is unsigned, and the bezel-set stones are in excellent condition (one has an internal air bubble). Please note that the yellow in our pictures is a lighting effect, and brass is only visible on the back edge of the central stone of the drop...

A 19thC hand-carved shell cameo in a gold filled pendant/pin setting. This 1-7/8" x 1-3/8" brooch features the Eros and Psyche scenic cameo, and the pin has a flip-up loop and safety catch.
