This classic Art Deco ring is composed of two half-moons of carnelian flanking a vertical row of marcasites. The carnelian is secured by four split prongs, and there is an embossed scroll design along both sides of the shank that shows a bit of wear. The bottom part of the band exhibits a small applied piece of silver, most likely from sizing. The inside of the band is marked sterling. The oval top of the ring measures about 3/4 inch by 5/8 inch. It is sized at a 4 1/4.

Very lovely art deco sterling and marcasites necklace with molded blue glass stones, c.1920's. There are three bright blue floral design stones set in sterling with alternating sterling and marcasite links. The 16" necklace has marcasite links all around, but is not sterling. A vintage sterling silver necklace with a claw-set sterling shell cameo pendant c1930s. The chain is 19-3/8" long, and the cameo pendant measures just over 1-1/2" x 3/4" (including bale). The sterling silver chain with a spring-ring catch, which is stamped 925. The cameo setting looks hand made, but is not stamped (but it tests as high grade silver). The cameo pendant has an older rhodium finish, so the chain may have been changed at some point...

A pair of Chinese jade gilt silver wirework earrings from the 1920s-30s. They have genuine Chinese jade cabochon stones and these 1" x 13/16" jadite or jadeite screw-back earrings are stamped STERLING on the closures, they have gilding over the fine silver wirework and they are in the original silk lined and trimmed box bottom (top missing, some damage to box). The top of the earrings are low grade silver, and the earring screw backs are sterling...

An Art Deco sterling silver chrysoprase and marcasites ring from the 1920s 1930 period. This size 5 ring is 3/4" across and it features a green genuine chrysoprase curved bevelled stone, surrounded by flashy marquisites in a square setting. The shoulders of the hoop have typical period engraved flower designs and this lovely ring weighs 4.2 grams. It is marked STERLING inside the band and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

An Art Deco Danecraft deer in the woods sterling pin from the 1930s-1940s. This great vintage sterling silver 2-1/8" x 1-3/4" brooch depicts a deer feeding in the forest. This pin features a safety catch, a true Deco style, and it is stamped STERLING with an HB maker's mark, and a somewhat scratched out Danecraft mark can be seen. Not sure how long this mark was used, but we have seen this combination on a few older Danecraft pieces...

Large, hand made amber and silver geometric art deco design pin. It can be worn with the silver looking like a building or upside down as an architectural design. Fabulous early silver necklace with round and baguette paste stones, and a huge cut glass center pendant framed by paste stones. 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. With a dainty slide clasp also set with stones. The square link side chain is made to fall slightly to the sides so the stones on the chain are visible from either side. From a Philadelphia estate.

This is the mark of Hamilton & Hamilton Jr., of Providence, Rhode Island, in business from approximately 1896 to 1915. This piece is probably from 1910 - 1915. A fine and attractive genuine White Shrine of Jerusalem Art Deco 18-1/4" sterling silver necklace with a rock crystal drop. This great brooch is classic MIZPAH. It is decorative with a central, bezel-set, purple stone. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4". The back is marked MIZPAH withe the maker's mark (in 3 places). It is in excellent condition.
