This Norwegian necklace is composed of gilded sterling silver panels decorated with guilloche work under ivory-colored enamel and edged with black enamel and embossed flowers along the rim. The necklace clasp is in good working order, and bears the mark of Ivar T. Holth, of Oslo. The box part of the clasp is marked 925 for sterling; the tongue is marked for .830 silver. The enamel is intact, showing no losses or cracks. The necklace measures 15 inches long by 7/8 inch wide. Weight: 66.6 grams

This sterling silver, mod pin / brooch measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/2" x 1/2". It is truly extraordinary. Its textured surface looks like tin foil. It has a spherical, green chalcedony stone and is circa 1970's. It is in excellent condition and has a good heft.

This very flexible Diamonbar bracelet was pat. March 20,1917. It was made by the Wachenheimer Brothers, Inc., manufacturers of costume jewelry. They began their business in 1907 and ceased operation in 1931. They were located in Providence, Rhode Island. This bracelet is 7" long and 1/4" wide. It needs to be cleaned.

A classic design for Hector Aguilar, this bracelet is comprised of a series of heart-shaped links with deeply etched details neatly arranged between two lengths of thick, hand-made chain. In my last treasure-hunting adventure I ended up with a couple of really really nice cross pendants and necklaces. The first one to gain center stage is this two-sided Flli Coppini Italian silver example. Executed in the .800 alloy that was the Italian standard until 1934, the pendant is crisply cast and its profusion of detail and ornamentation is easily readable to the eye...
