A vintage brooch by Taxco artisan Enrique Ledesma with a sterling silver overlay on a shell background. There are two small round inlays of copper.
Measures 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at the widest. Marked on the back with a partial Ledesma, Taxco, 925, and an Eagle mark. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.
Fine condition with some tarnish. The shell is a deep brown with lots of swirls.

Circa 1940's, here is a huge conical amethyst ring from Hubert Harmon. An absolutely spectacular ring, one which instantly commands attention.
It's a published book-piece, shown on page 190 of "Silver Masters of Mexico". The amethyst rises to almost 7/8" above the finger, and is surrounded by silver beading. The ring is adjustable, currently at a size 8.

The William Spratling Vindobonensis bracelet is deeply hand carved giving depth and dimension to each thick link. The length is 7 in. It stands 1.25 in. tall and weighs in at 109 grams heavy. The hallmark is first phase as shown and closes with a tight push pin closure. It boasts a natural patina with dark recesses. There are no dents to the caviar set balls and no flaws of any kind. This Navajo squash blossom is made of heavy sterling and with expert craftsmanship. It is signed as shown by YH. The long bead is 1.5in. long and the disk beads are 5/8th of an inch tall. I purchased this in the 70's and it has been in my collection ever since and hardly worn. The beads are silky smooth sterling and weighs 172.5 grams. The length is a luxurious 30in. long.
