This is an impressive Hector Aguilar bracelet. Vintage dated to 1940-45 because of the earlier 990 mark making this one more rare than most. Weighing 51.2 grams and 1 1/8in. wide the chain is heavy and the gage of the medallion is thick silver. I was quite surprised the first time I had this design in my hands because it was a larger piece than anticipated from photographs. A lovely addition fit for anyone's collection.

This mid-century bracelet is the work of Salvador Teran. It's a gorgeous modernist bracelet with two gold sheen obsidian stones set within eight point stars. Measures a closed, wearable length of 6 1/2" with a width of 1 1/2". Weight is 48.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Salvador Sterling Mexico", with the design # 156 and eagle assay 36. Collector quality. Closure is tight and secure, and original safety chain is present.

This Margot de Taxco pin is a rarely seen design, with open-back repoussé and tiny silver beading which graduates in size. This double facing swan design is Margot's # 5291, and is collector quality. Measures 2 5/8" wide, 1 15/16" tall. Weight is 41.2 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Margot de Taxco Sterling Made in Mexico", with the eagle assay 16 and design # 5291. In excellent vintage condition. A Mid Century Modernist sterling silver pendant in a brutalist style signed Macefield for William Mason and Leonard Field, American studio jewelers who worked in Massachusetts in the 1940's -70's.

A retail shop in Taxco, Margarita was a place were one could buy jewelry by many local maestros, according to Bille Hougart. The long, beautifully made dangle earrings presented here bear only the shop’s name without a specific maker’s signature yet this does not affect their quality at all...

This rare Fred Davis bracelet features Amethyst cabochon stones set in links of ornate silver repousse. Circa 1930, it is included in the book Mexican Silver on page 27, plate II-11. Measures 6 3/4" long by 1" wide and weighs 46.5 grams. Hallmarked "FD, Silver Mexico" and is in good condition with a lovely patina. A beautiful and rare find.

Spectacular design and execution in this sterling and coral cuff braclet by Santo Domingo silversmith Julian Lovato. He began working in 1938 and was a silversmith for Frank Patania Sr. in the Thunderbird Shop in Santa Fe, NM. This bracelet was made during his time working there. It measures 5 1/4" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is 1 5/8" wide at the center coral stone and 3/4" at the terminals...

Fabulous early silver necklace with round and baguette paste stones, and a huge cut glass center pendant framed by paste stones. 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. With a dainty slide clasp also set with stones. The square link side chain is made to fall slightly to the sides so the stones on the chain are visible from either side. From a Philadelphia estate.

Striking sterling silver and gem stone quality amethyst bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. A pair of vintage modernist sterling silver earrings signed by the Polish modernist jeweler, M. Krasny. Abstract textured sterling with an overlay of smooth sterling for an interesting contrast. Opposites so frame the face when worn.

This fine ring measures 1" x 3/4" x 3/4". It is a size 8. It has a neat mother-of-pearl and onyx design. It is marked 925 and is hallmarked with 3 horizontal lines (on either side) with a star in the middle (see pic). It has good heft and is in excellent condition.

A spectacular pair of vintage Antonio Pineda Earrings with a bold modernist design. With a half dome at the top it features an elongated trumpet shape silver dangle with a cone shaped Amethyst stone set slightly inside so that it hangs from the end. They measure 3" long and together they weigh 26.6 grams. One earring has the Antonio Taxco Crown mark and the other is marked with the eagle 17.
