This is a marvelous example of a period antique bangle bracelet crafted in sterling silver with channel set square paste gems. Detailed and fine engraving is scrolled along the silver work of the entire band. The clasp is a tongue and groove closure.

Measuring 3/16" in width ( .04 cm) and will fit a wrist of 7 inches or less ( 2 1/4" x 2"). It is in excellent condition; hallmarked for "sterling" and date to circa 1925.

Based on one of Spratling's early designs, this "ring with three cascabeles" was also made in Taxco and wrought in high purity, .980 silver. I believe the motif is the same here as that in the renowned maestro’s tortoise shell and silver "snake" box - the more I look at it, the more I think of writhing serpents with spotted skins. And having sold Spratling’s original in the past, I can assure you the ring at hand is a worthy, very well made alternative...

Maestro C. Molina is one of those “enigmatic” figures of Mexico’s 20th c. Silver Renaissance. Even in Bille Hougart’s seminal work on hallmarks and makers there is minimal information about him - namely, two or three examples of the way his jewelry is hallmarked and the photos are really difficult to read...

This exquisite Triplet Victorian double cameo shows high quality and Neo-Classical subject matter. Double cameos are rare to begin with. The soldier appears to be onyx. The white figure is part of the under layer of the soldier and both of these layers are on top of a carnelian. The mount is sterling. The size is 8 ¾.

A sterling silver Connemara marble shamrock Pin. This Edwardian circa 1900 brooch measures 1-3/4" x 1/2". This Edwardian period pin has the original c-clasp and it is stamped simply SILVER with a maker's stamp we can't decipher. The stone appears a bit yellow in our photo, but that is a photo artifact, it is a definite green in person. Elegant and rarely seen 940 silver bracelet by Hector Aguilar. It measures approximately 7 1/4" end to end. Hard to be exact since it is curved and the safety chain is attached. A sterling silver bracelet from Taxco with a modernist, geometric design. Made up of six hinged slightly curved links with a somewhat hidden clasp. Nice contrast between the raised polished sterling and the oxidized background.

Vintage set of Mexican fine silver concave cufflinks signed by Antonio Pineda, this pair is wrought in the renowned Taxco modernist's .970 alloy. I love the sculptural lusciousness of the flat-bottomed ovoid body and the wave-like motion by which its edges rise and drop around the central hollow. In a slick mid-century design that can be easily enjoyed by just about everybody the cufflinks are 1 3/16" long by 7/8" wide and weigh 23.4 grams (for the set)...

A great, early sterling silver cuff bracelet by Francisco Rebajes with a large silver wire wrapped glass orb. Marked Sterling, Original Hand Wrought Design, and Rebajes on the back. Measures 4 3/4" around with an opening of 1 3/8". Could probably be adjusted slightly but meant to wear snuggly so the orb doesn't roll around. Measures 1 3/8" at the widest. Fine condition. Intricately constructed 980 sterling silver and amethyst pin or brooch designed and hallmarked (c.1930) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Pin measures 2 5/8" X 2 1/4".
