A Mid Century Modern pendant in sterling silver by Kultaseppa Salovaara, Ky of Turku Finland with eight light blue faceted bezel set stones. The pendant has a curved bale which is part of the design for an interesting effect.
The pendant measures 2 1/8" high and 1 1/2" wide at the center. Currently suspended from a 17" sterling chain that has a secure spring clasp.

Sterling and azur-malachite bracelet by Enrique Ledesma measuring 6 3/4" around in the inside, 3/4" wide, 46 grams. Fine original condition. Signed as shown.( The Ledesma signature is worn but there.) Gorgeous stones fused to the silver in Ledesma's impeccable way.

An outstanding vintage modernist sterling silver necklace by studio jeweler, Fridl Blumenthal, (1905-1998). Signed with her Tulip mark, FRIDL, and Sterling.
Heavy sterling silver with contrasting oxidized and polished surfaces. Necklace measures approximately 15" around and has a secure hook closure. Due to the hook nature of the clasp, an extender could be attached if needed. Links measure 5/8" at the widest.
In fine condition with some tarnish and minor surface scratches...
Beautifully aged sterling silver and warmly glowing copper combine effortlessly in this Los Castillo chevron brooch. I am very partial to the mixed metals jewelry that came out of Taxco and the renowned workshop excelled in their production. This specific piece with its arrow shape I find very interesting visually - just note the way the curves of the silver beads are juxtaposed to the intense forcefulness of the angular motifs. The brooch is 2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide and weighs 19.7 grams...
This ring displays "Adam and Eve" in incised oxidation. It is from Mexico. It is a size 9.75. The "top," "face" measures 3/4" x 7/8". It is marked with the eagle / assay mark with 1 in the middle. Hand-wrought in its entirety and a design that I have never encountered before, this early Mexican silver repousse necklace is an anonymous beauty. Its early date is attested to by the fact that it's strung on cotton thread (one of the earliest Aguilar "lyre" necklaces I sold was strung on cotton as well) and has a spring ring clasp. Not signed for maker nor metal content or origin, it is adorned by an elongated cascabela attached to the central station in an adorable yet naive way...
Taxco 980 signed pieces are always quality. This link is 118 grams heavy and is the closest thing to the Coco design of the Spratling original necklace which is so very, very rare. The Taxco 980 necklace is 20in. long and has a depth of 7/16th's giving it even more dimension. No dents or damage and kept lovingly through time. One of my favorite things, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
