Set of 12 period art deco classic design initialed sterling place card holders, c.1920's. Each piece has the art deco lettering initials "FVG" set in in a recessed oxydized background and are marked "STERLING". They measure 1 5/16" wide by 13/16" high by 3/4" deep(going toward the back). Each securely holds the place card with piece at back(see photo). Excellent condition. High deco design - wonderful set - even with initials, which strongly enhances the period style...
This is a marvelous example of a period antique bangle bracelet crafted in sterling silver with channel set square paste gems. Detailed and fine engraving is scrolled along the silver work of the entire band. The clasp is a tongue and groove closure.
Measuring 3/16" in width ( .04 cm) and will fit a wrist of 7 inches or less ( 2 1/4" x 2"). It is in excellent condition; hallmarked for "sterling" and date to circa 1925.
I have had this antique Indian Raj bracelet in my collection of unlisted jewelry for quite a while and from time to time, I would take it out and marvel at the miniature paintings that form its links. Mystery mark reward below. Signed VM. Hammered handmade half moon pin brooch stamped with 4 marks, and maker's mark of "VM" for V. Mortensen? Yet another touch mark after that! You be the detective and find the maker! Nordic or Alaskan motifs on the front.
1.5" X 1.5" and lots of unpolished silver patina, and will hand cloth polish at no fee...
A vintage hand made Arts and Crafts period hammered silver pendant by Albert Kahlbrandt, (1878-1961), Hamburg, Germany.
Possibly 800 silver, there is a tiny touch mark on the front near the top.
Pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked Handarbeit, Kahlbrandt and Hamburg and the number 8. Mark is partially obscured by extra solder, not sure why it is there.
Chain measures 10" long on each side. Has a spring clasp that holds securely.
Fine work.
Vintage Art Deco impossible to find Leach & Miller of Attleboro MA with the L&M mark, let alone in this gorgeous Bermuda ocean color and in all original condition! They made high quality sterling with the look of fine jewelry and ceased to exist in the early 30's...
An Arts and Crafts sterling silver pendant necklace with a bezel set dark blue cabochon, (maybe Sodalite). Marked Sterling on the back of the pendant.
The pendant measures 1 1/2" long and 1" across. Chain is 16" long. Has a secure spring closure marked 925 for Sterling.
Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.

This delicate sterling silver bracelet features lavender cloisonné enamel panels enhanced with rhinestones that alternate with square-mounted rhinestones. The edges of the panels are textured to give the feel of millegraining. The bracelet is well made, with scrolled details in the enamel work, and securely soldered connecting links. It has a good heft, despite its delicate appearance, and an original spring-ring clasp in good working order...
Decorated with applied grapes, vines and gold leaves, set with an amethyst, this arts and crafts cross pendant is probably English and reminiscent of the work of Henry George Murphy, though it is unsigned. The gold is of a low (probably 10) karat. The cross is suspended from a later sterling chain. It measures 3 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide; length including chain is about 14 1/2 inches. A wonderfully crafted sterling silver necklace and bracelet by noted Arts and Crafts metalsmith, Clemens Friedell. Made of oval links with raised roses.
The bracelet is composed of three links. It is marked Clemens Friedell Pasadena Sterling on the back side of the hook clasp. It measures 7" long and 1 1/2" at the widest. Better for a smaller wrist. The hook clasp holds securely. There is a hammer rub or scrape on the outside of the hook.
