This 1950s necklace has a very clean and classic design, and is well constructed with secure, rope-like chain. The central part of the necklace evolves into a thicker but elegantly entwined chain and tapers off toward the ends. It has the original spring-ring clasp. The jump ring bears an 835, indicating silver content. The necklace measures 17 inches long. Weight: 20.4 grams

Circa 1960's - 70's, this Carmen Beckmann cuff pulls out all the stops. It's an exceptional bracelet which I have not seen before, and believe to be very rare.
Seven Mexican fire opals of varying sizes are at front and center. The stones are magnificent, and have flashes of green, orange, blue, and purple. Framed on each side with a raised abstract silver shapes with oxidized recesses.
Measures 6" inside edge to edge, with an additional gap/opening of 1 3/16"...
I was always in love with beaded necklaces but as I grow older I appreciate their elegant comfort even more. Whether worn alone or combined with similar pieces, with stones or all-silver, they can be counted on to save the day whatever the occasion. This specific design by Carmen Beckmann is one of my absolute favorites - I have one in my jewelry box and I will never let go...
Of modernist design, both cast and hand-forged and composed of two flat sides terminating in hollowed ends, one with a protruding side. The tongue-and-groove clasp is in good working order. The bracelet exhibits some signs of wear, such as scratches and tiny dings to the edges. The very tip of the protrusion has a tiny dent. There are two different marks on the outer side (one is struck twice) that look to be foreign but are unidentified...

Here is an elegant ring featuring six faceted pieces of smoky quartz mounted in a star-shaped sterling silver setting. A central silver star sits at the top. The band is marked sterling, and the stones show no signs of wear. The ring is sized 5 ¾; it sits 5/8 inch high.
This sterling silver, mod pin / brooch measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/2" x 1/2". It is truly extraordinary. Its textured surface looks like tin foil. It has a spherical, green chalcedony stone and is circa 1970's. It is in excellent condition and has a good heft.
This Sterling vermeil 3-D angel with green rhinestone necklace is 2 1/2" long x 1 7/8" at the widest point. The vermeil is very dirty and needs a good polishing.
It is hallmarked sterling. Most of this type of pin was done in the 1930s.
Composed of curved openwork panels formed as highly stylized bird heads, possibly eagles, with a pre-Columbian influence. The tongue-and-groove clasp is original and very secure for this substantial bracelet. It is bears the circular mark for Pedro Castillo, who worked for Spratling and Aguilar in the 1930s and started his own taller in the 1940s (per Bille Hougart’s ‘Little Book’ of Mexican silver marks, p. 41)...
This exquisite ring has great Navajo detail adorned with large opals and lapis. The workmanship is excellent. It is truly a remarkable piece. The ring is a size 7. It measures 2 " x 1 1/4" There is a maker's mark on the back that I cannot decipher. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.
This majestic piece was designed & signed c. 1940's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The necklace measures 16 1/2" long X 1 3/4" wide & weighs 226 grams. Originally strung on twine, the necklace has been professionally restrung on sterling silver fox tail chain. Each link is set with a turquoise cab. Excellent condition & patina. The necklace is secured with a slide in pin closure. This rare necklace was purchased from a NYC Park Av. estate...

This 1-1/4 x 1-1/8" locket has fine hand engraving on the front (the back is undecorated), and it has two retaining bezels with celluloid windows. The 19-1/2" link chain has a hook and eye clasp, each piece is stamped STERLING, and this necklace weighs 14.6 grams and it is in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...
This is a wonderful prayer book, sterling silver bracelet charm. The front of the book has a cross. The charm opens to reveal The Lord's Prayer. When closed, the charm measures just under 1/2" x just over 1/2". When open, the charm measures just over 3/4" long. The inside is marked STERLING JMF CO.
