An exquisite sterling cuff with a row of chiseling adorning the top and bottom of the cuff and curved terminals by Frank Patania Sr. The bracelet has his specific hallmark and also an inscription dated July '56. Measuring 6" end to end plus an additional 1" opening, it is 2" wide and weighs 99 grams. There is some light reflection in some of the photos that I could not avoid but the cuff is in perfect original condition. Signed as shown in the photos. Circa 1950's, this is a very rare and spectacular bracelet produced by Graziella Laffi (1923-2009), who was known as the "Spratling of Peru". Combining modern design with pre-Columbian imagery, Laffi produced jewelry and hollowware. Her style is unmistakeable and distinct, and this is a fabulous example of her work. Multi-dimensional and exquisitely detailed, this piece features Laffi's "Sun God" motif, with two large figures atop a hand-hammered concave bracelet which closes with a tight ...

Hallmarks date this very rare Antonio Pineda necklace 1948-1953. I've not seen this design before.

Composed of twenty panels with a rimmed hubcap design, the links alternate with rounds and indented on the sides so that they fit into each other. Each panel measures 1 3/16" tall, 13/16" wide. Closes with a ribbed J hook and eye.

Signed and hallmarked "Silver by Tono", with the design # YY 223. I believe the silver to be of a higher purity than 925, likely 970 or 980. ...
