This rosewood & sterling bracelet was designed & signed in the early 1940's by Taxco, Mexico & American artist William Spratling. Weighing 108 grams, the bracelet measures 1 3/8" wide with an interior length of 7". In excellent condition with a beautifully aged patina on both wood & silver. A vintage modernist clamper bracelet from Sigi Pineda, Taxco Mexico. Two beveled ends meet in the center. Measures approximately 7" around. Marked Hecho en Mexico, Sigi Tasco, Eagle #, Sterling and with a design number 406. In fine condition, has a few scratches. Spring hinge closes tightly. Nice weight. High quality piece.

This is a properly signed Antonio Pineda with an inside diameter of 2.5in. and a face front height of 15/16 of an inch. The past was filled with owners who took great care with it as there is no damage, chips or cracks but you may see glare from our photography creating spots or color difference etc. The stones appear to be onyx but could be a no sheen obsidian. The silver is thick and heavy at 74 grams...

Circa mid-century, this clamper was hand-wrought by Los Castillo, and it is spectacular. Wide, large, heavy, and collector quality. The snail shell design has graduated beading which curves gently around the sides. Very substantial, with a weight of 104.4 grams. Hinge looks to be old and original, and it's super tight and snappy. Couldn't be more perfect. Recesses are oxidized, giving depth which makes this a standout piece. Fully closed this will fit up to a 6 1/2" wrist...

William Spratling's Mexican Silver locket which is 2in. long including the loop for a chain, 1.25 in. deep and 1in. across is featured in todays listing. The stones have striations front and back as most from this era of the Mexican Silver Renaissance do. This example is much better than most found. You can see that some rise to the top but the stones are stable and none go all the way thru or across the amethyst stone. The color is dark and beautiful...

Sterling modernist ring by silversmith Bill Tendler(1924-1981), NYC, c.1955. Bold architectural design using shiny silver columns set out from an oxydized background. A wonderful Skonvirke 830S silver brooch by the well regarded Danish silversmith, Evald Nielsen, (1879-1958).

Measures 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Has one central dark purple cabochon. Very light, delicate hammering, beautiful repousse work. Marked 830S for the Danish silver standard and the stylized EN mark on the back. Has an older rollover clasp which holds securely. Very fine condition, with minor tarnish.
