Being offered is a mixed metals circa 1950s .970 silver (better than sterling) necklace & earrings set by Antonio Pineda of Taxco, Mexico, concave silver links featuring applied copper elements supporting turquoise stones. Dimensions necklace wearable 15 1/2” size. Each link is 3/4 of an inch wide. Marked. In excellent condition. Superb and important set, an early Pineda combination of metals and stone.

This is an exceptionally rare piece produced by Antonio Pineda, with his early "Silver by Tono" hallmark which dates 1948-1953. The design speaks to the influence of Valentin Viadurreta, for whom Antonio Pineda apprenticed in Mexico City.

Entirely hand-wrought, with open-back repoussé, this cuff is a collector's dream. In excellent vintage condition, with no issues whatsoever...

A substantial sterling silver chain composed of doubled rings, bars and beads with connecting links; there is a central ring for attaching a pendant, or the chain can be worn as is. The secure box clasp bears what appears to be the maker’s mark of Beto, as pictured in Bille Hougart’s Mexican silver marks book, third edition, p. 27. The eagle 22 is the most legible mark; the others are not entirely clear. The chain measures 27 ½ inches long, unclasped. Weight: 38 grams

These earrings display mustard seeds with an pearl background. They are under glass which is bezel set in silvertone. The diameter of the glass is 1/2". They are both marked Coro and are in excellent condition.

A cool and vintage 1920s-30s Banff Alberta Canada souvenir ski poles sterling silver pin. This 2 x 1" pin has excellent detail and it is stamped STERLING BMCo (for Breadner Manufacturing Company). It weighs 6.6 grams, it has a safety clasp, and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

An amazing piece of mid century modernist hand wrought jewelry.

This bronze or patinated brass pendant measures 3 1/2" long and 2" across. Has thick sterling wire around the edge and a curved design on each end. Interesting hammered texture.

There is some tarnish and a little wear to the bronze patina. Has a large bale so will also accommodate a thick chain or neck ring.

We are offering a signed Margot de Taxco bracelet design # 5240 that is big, bold and with great dimension. The heavy bracelet weighing 92 grams is a cornucopia of wings with a myriad of tiny bead work all around silver cabochons. Being 1.5 inches tall the width takes away from the wearable length so being 8in. long will fit most. The silver is butter soft and it is amazing that this bracelet is without flaws. There is glare but no dents. I have seen many with smashed caps...

A rare sterling overscale hinged six panel bracelet in an overlapping petal motif by Danish Modernist Bent Knudsen. Each heavy gauge silver petal has a slightly concave design, is hinged and has a smooth edge. The clasp is an ingenious screw bolt. It measures 7 " end to end, is 2" wide and weighs a very substantial 138 grams. The scale and weight set this bracelet apart from all others of similar design. In the manner of Liberty, here is a wonderful turquoise with matrix pendant framed in a sterling and gold floral setting. The Arts and Crafts pendant measures 2" x 1-7/8"; the 18" period paper link chain is marked sterling. The pendant is unmarked.

These cool earrings are best described by the pictures.... The "hook" portion of the earrings measure 1 3/4". The "tear drop" measures (approximately) 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/8" -- again, see pictures. They "hang" 2". They are circa 1980's.

A pair of Arts and Crafts hammered sterling silver bar pins or brooches by the Art Silver Shop of Chicago. Each has a central fresh water dog tooth pearl.

They may be purchased separately or as a pair.

The longer one measures about 2 1/2" long and 1/4" wide. The shorter one measures 2" long and 1/4" wide.

Both brooches are marked on the back with Hand Made, Art Silver Shop, conjoined TASS hallmark, and Sterling.

Beautifully crafted, each has a warm patina...
