Lovely vintage sterling triangle link necklace number 319 designed by Bent Gabrielsen in the 60's for the Hans Hansen company. It measures 15" long and the links are 1" by 1/2". The clasp is an invisible hook, so the necklace looks continuous when on the neck. It is in fine original condition and weighs 74 grams. Signed as shown. This will become your go to necklace. A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Erling Christoffersen for Norway Designs Plus. Looks like a stylized butterfly. Measures 1 1/2" across and 1 1/4" high. Has an earlier 'C' clasp. Marked with ND, 925S, Sterling and the Plus sign. Has a dark patina but could be polished up if you choose. Some minor surface scratches. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A Scottish sterling silver Celtic penannular cloak pin fully hallmarked for Glasgow 1960. This 1-1/2" pin has a 1-15/16" moving spike for fastening a cloak, and it has the maker`s mark for Robert Allison with a 1960 year stamp. It weighs 13.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

How often does one find a ring by renowned Taxco modernist Enrique Ledesma? Let me answer my question - almost never! Over the years of my buying, selling and researching vintage Mexican silver jewelry, I have come upon a few examples, almost all of them adorned with a color-change sapphire. I had never seen a ring in the design I am presenting here until I discovered this one some time ago...

Very interesting and gutsy sterling handmade pin by the famous modernist, Sam Kramer(1913-1964), c.1950. Unique and dimensional, it has an applied silver design atop a round disk. Signed "STERLING mushroom mark", it is in excellent condition. Of generous size and very heavy gauge silver, it measures 2" in diameter and 1/2" high. There are some pieces of jewelry that simply defy any effort to photograph them. And this stunning Taxco modernist sterling silver and blue spinel hinged bangle is one of them - a really tough one at that too! I have faced this challenge once before in the past and the “culprit” is available here as well, only that one is by Enrique Ledesma and adorned with color-change sapphires...

A spectacular bracelet by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs comprised of six sterling silver wired wrapped irregular shaped polished stones including amethyst, white quartz, rose quartz, rutilated quartz, aquamarine and citrine. The bracelet measures 8 1/2 " end to end but because of the thickness of the stones, it fits a wrist of 7- 7 1/2" or so. The stones are beautiful and smooth with lots of natural inclusions. It is in fine original condition, no chips or cracks...

Alberto Contreras Sr. was trained by master silversmith Frank Patania Sr. in the late 1940's and employed at the Patania Thuderbird Shop in Santa Fe. Their work was heavily influenced by the Native American jewelers that worked with them. These beautiful clip back sterling and turquoise earrings feature a striking Modernist design with great stones. They measure 1"by1" and weigh 16 grams total. They are in fine original condition and signed as shown. Love the look !

A wonderful vintage bracelet and matching pair of screw back earrings from Taxco by Victoria ~ Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti in her 'Double Shadowbox Angel' design.

The bracelet measures 7 3/4" long by 1 1/8" wide. It closes by inserting a pin through interlocking cylinders. The bracelet is marked on the back Victoria, Taxco, Mexico, Sterling, and Style #53. This is the heavier and wider version of the bracelet.

Earrings drop down about 1". They measure 3/4" across...

Being offered is a large and superb circa 1955 sterling silver bracelet by master silversmith Jose Anton of Taxco, Mexico. Anton was one of the earlier prominent silversmiths during the Spratling era. Handcrafted bracelet featuring large circular links with incised design each with purple purple amethyst stone inlay (pictures do not illustrate the deep purple color of the amethysts). Dimensions: size 8; links are 1 3/4" diameter. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition.

A nice studio piece cast as a stylized calla lily leaf that hugs the finger, regardless of which way it is worn. The ring has a warm patina from age. The rounded band bears the maker’s mark of A. Duclos, with other unidentifiable marks that may indicate country. It is a size 6 ½. Weight: 16.3 grams

Circa 1930's-1940's, this is a spectacular hand-wrought pectoral necklace. Hallmarked simply "Sterling 925", I do believe it to be Mexican in origin. The style and manner are very much in keeping with the work of Geraldo Lopez, Los Castillo, and Alfredo Villasana. This stunning necklace lays perfectly upon the neck. The center portion measures 6" wide, 4" tall. Closed, wearable length is 16". Closure is a "J" hook. Weight is 86.9 grams. In excellent vintage condition...
