Hallmarks date this magnificent early Matilde Poulat necklace to 1934-1948. The centerpiece is huge, measuring 5" wide and 3 1/8" tall, with beautiful birds and and three large faceted purple flowers in a vase. Hand-wrought with exquisite repoussé silver work. Embellished with coral and turquoise cabochons, amethysts on the clasp. Closed, wearable length is about 18 1/2"...

This necklace is an early design from William Spratling, and is shown on the Spratling Silver website. There are three carved sections, with the center ball dangling four cascabels. Matilde Poulat signed her pieces with the hallmark Matl as this one is and it is an early mark. In the design we have her iconic birds and jeweled in the center with a gem quality amethyst representing a flower. There is a natural dark patina that has grown evenly over time. Today I have a Salvador Teran Mexican Silver bracelet that is rarely seen. Each link is built like a shadow box encasing two amethyst cabochons. It has great dimension and creates a strong presence. The links at the tallest is one inch tall and the length is 7in. There is a weight of 83 grams giving the bracelet a very nice heft to the feel. The patina is natural. The safety chain was detached for photography purposes and will be attached when sold. There is no damage to the silver or stones...

Circa mid-century, this belt buckle is collector quality. It's a huge and heavy piece produced by Antonio Pineda, using his "Lascaux" design. Referred to as Lascaux because it is thought that he was inspired from the ancient cave drawings of Lascaux, France. Pineda had a series of pieces with this design, including pendant necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and pin. I've not had this particular buckle before, but it is spectacular. Circa mid-century, these earrings produced by Hector Aguilar are rarely seen. Each earrings has five turquoise cabochons with tiny silver beading and silver loops. They remind me of baskets of turquoise flowers with handles. They are in excellent vintage condition and are collector quality. They measure 13/16" x 11/16". Weight is 11.8 grams. Rare original vintage Georg Jensen Denmark sterling bracelet no.130 B with lapis cabochon clasp designed by Henning Koppel c. 1950. It measures 8" end to end and is 1' wide. This mid-century set of three bangle bracelets was produced by Antonio Pineda. Executed in 970 silver, two of the bangles have four twisted stations, the third bangle is flat and smooth. Wear them all together, or split them up on both wrists. They are solid silver, weighty and stunning. They measure a size 8 on a bracelet sizer, and should be easy to fit over most wrists. This Fred Davis is properly signed and 15.5 inches long and will catch your eye when walking by. The amethyst stones are berry colored and bright. Even harder to find are nice well formed bezels. The necklace makes a presence with a height of 1 inch. There is no damage or repairs. I will include a safety chain if you prefer to wear it longer. Hallmarks date this very rare Hubert Harmon pin 1942-1944. This is a huge piece, measuring 4 1/4" top to bottom and a width of 1 1/2". At front and center is a huge carved face.
