A pre-1948 pair of vintage Mexican silver earrings of exceptional design that goes with all Matl pieces. The color of the stones is a turquoise green. These are 2 in. tall and 2.75in. wide at the widest. The weight is 8.5 grams heavy. Properly hallmarked as shown with ICM, these earrings are remarkable and rare.

Hand wrought, this large, detailed, sterling silver belt buckle was created c.1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hubert Harmon. Measuring 4 1/4" long x 2 1/4" from toe to toe the piece weighs 55 grams. 2 loops on the back measure 1 1/2" across. The smaller loop at the heel is 1 1/8". Hubert Harmons' whimsical designs never fail to bring a smile and provoke thought. His c. 1940's mask pendant or belt buckle is 5 1/2" across X 2 1/4 high. The raised onyx eyes and silver are in beautiful condition. The mask & detachable sterling chain weighs 100 grams. 2 loops on the front ends of the face were perhaps meant for attaching feathers or some other adornment. Rarely available on the market this vintage, sculptural design by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda is simply stunning. The intricate melding of sterling silver and stone catches light at every turn. The necklace measures 15 1/2" wearable inches long. The pectoral measures 6 1/4" across & 1 1/2" high at the center panel. The necklace weighs 156 grams. Both stones and silver are in exquisite condition. Hallmarks on the back date the necklace to the late 1940's...

This elegant necklace by Los Castillo features thick links in the shape of Leaves done in heavy sterling silver repousse. Very well made with links connected by a pin rivet to give the piece movement. Measures 15" long, 3/4" wide and is nice and heavy at 98.4 grams. Hallmarked Los Castillo Taxco, Sterling Made in Mexico, 329 and the eagle 15. It has a secure box clasp and is in good condition with a lovely patina. One of the nicest (and heaviest) examples of this design we've seen.

This signed Hector Aguilar cuff is sophisticated and suitable to wear anywhere with the black dress or jeans. The design is sections of hand carved scallops when put one after another resembles clouds. The gap is 1 inch and is 1 5/8th's inches tall. The diameter is currently at 2.25in. 104 grams of silver is guiding the quality and a natural patina adds to it's beauty. This can be sized one size up or down by a professional jeweler. No damage or flaws. This design is rare.

Spratling described this stunning design as "a wide Aztec bracelet with framed buttons" according to Goddard's spratlingsilver.com. It was one of Spratling's most popular designs in the 1930's - 1940's and still is today. Weighing 185 grams, the bracelet measures 2" high at the front with 1 1/8" opening at the back. The interior measures 2 1/2" across the inside. The bracelet is in beautiful condition with an aged patina. The design is also referred to as River of Life bracelet.

A rare pendant by Sigi Pineda of a detailed Pre Columbian figure in sterling silver currently suspended from a sterling neck ring.

Pendant measures 1 5/8" across and 2" high. Weighs 23 gr. Thick sterling. The sterling neck ring measures about 18" around and has a secure hook clasp. Has a large bale so could also be worn on a thick chain or cord.

Pendant is marked with the Sigi script hallmark, Mex and 925. Has another partial Mex on another place at the back...

This beautiful, sterling silver bracelet measures just under 7 1/2" long. Each of the 7 links are bezel-set with colorful abalone. They are shaped like upside down triangles, similar to the later, carved, Aztec mask jewelry. Each link is surmounted on the classic Taxco, Mexico square of 4 round beads / balls. The back is marked ANR 925; but, it was stamped in reverse, see pictures. This great piece is circa 1920's to 1940's.

A modernist sterling silver pendant or brooch with a stylized floral design by noted Mexican silversmith, Carmen Beckmann. Has three raised stamens with onyx cabochons and three sterling smaller ones in the center. This piece is marked Sterling Beckmann and Mexico on the back.

Los Castillo was masterful in the execution of these heavy repousse fly wings. The brooch measures 2.5in. by 2.75in. and sports 2 beautiful green stones and no damage anywhere. Weight is 29 grams. Properly hallmarked with the old linear marks this is collector quality and rare.
