Calling the vintage Mexican silver and black stone "mask" ring I am presenting here massive is not an exaggeration. It is not just the actual ring size (9.5 US) that makes it so; it is also the textured, solid setting, quite masculine in design, and the beautifully carved, stupendous effigy it houses. I am not sure what the stone is - I think it might be onyx but it could also be black agate. I am fascinated by its opaque gravity and the way its satin finish invites the touch...
A set of three handmade large sterling buttons by the famous William Spratling, Mexico, c.1945. They are each signed "STERLING WS(around which says) SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO" and measure 1" diameter and 1/4" thick(at widest). Beautiful red wood jacket with richly appliqued figures, Mexico, c.1940's. There are large man and woman figures on back and donkey, cactus, guitar, ceramics, etc on front and sleeves. There are two front pockets and the edges have sewn wool stitching all around. Interesting collar design(see photo). Small size - approx. size 4. Structuralist pendant by noted modernist Paul Lobel, who produced innovative jewlery in his New York studio in the 1950s. Consisting of ridgid sterling silver holding a large amber glass marble. Signed "Lobel, Sterling" as shown. Excellent vintage condition. Chain not included.

A boulder opal sterling silver pendant from the 1960s 1980s. This 1-3/8 x 7/8" pendant features a bezel set natural brown/orange boulder opal with super colour flash and nice three dimensional clarity. It is fiery red with green highlights in the clear opal section (MUCH more vivid and colorful in person than in our pictures) and the sterling setting is unevenly shaped...
This cool pendant / medallion has a great modernist design. It is a concave and convex disk with a radius of 2 inches. It hangs 13" from a link chain. The back is marked PEWTER Jorgen Jensen (in his script hallmark) HANDMADE DENMARK 158.
Like all Jorgen Jensen pieces it displays the modernist style. It is in excellent condition.

Also signed Sterling and ©. Measures about 6 3/8" around with an opening of 1" and 2 1/4" at the widest. Hand made piece. Thick sterling, heavy and substantial. Looks great on.

Signed with the conjoined HA, Taxco and 940 for better than sterling silver. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).
Measures 3 1/2" across and 3 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. The brooch has some minor tarnish and surface scratches.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulti Oy, Turku Finland. A three dimensional design with overlapping flowers.
Measures about 1 5/8" across and 1 7/8" high including the bale. In very nice condition with a dark patina, we did not polish it.
Marked with the Anvil, and 925S on one side of the bale and Finland on the other side. Fine example of Kauppi's work.
Being offered is an exceedingly rare circa 1943 sterling silver and cabachon amethyst necklace by Fred Davis of Taxco, Mexico. Early piece by one of the pioneers of the premiere Taxco Silver ateliers. Handwrought half domed links with bezel set amethyst cabochons. Tongue & box clasp. Dimensions: 14 1/2” long, links are 1/2" wide. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition.
