Being offered is a large and superb circa 1955 sterling silver bracelet by master silversmith Jose Anton of Taxco, Mexico.
Anton was one of the earlier prominent silversmiths during the Spratling era.
Handcrafted bracelet featuring large circular links with incised design each with purple purple amethyst stone inlay (pictures do not illustrate the deep purple color of the amethysts).
Dimensions: size 8; links are 1 3/4" diameter. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition.
Early sterling aztec design link bracelet by Los Castillo. This is a heavy and wide piece measuring 7 1/4" end to end, 1 3/8" wide and weighing 128.5 grams. It is in fine original condition with a great pin closure. Signed as shown. A great piece.

This vintage Mexican necklace is appropriately marked and signed for Los Castillo and with eagle mark. This piece is a statement and not for the faint of heart at 111 grams. The oval drop measures 2.5in x 1 7/8in. It safely fits a 16 in. neck size. Beautiful condition and the stone is a thriller with streaks of Amethyst lines running thru the almost clear quartz. The bold design of this cuff features Viking influences, with embossed traditional patterns on an oxidized background. The terminals are curved for easily slipping the piece over the wrist, and there are applied triangular plaques where a safety chain was attached. The bracelet is inscribed inside and dated 1967. The Georg Jensen post-1945 mark appears on the edge of one terminal, and the design number 78 is on the other. There is a 1/16-inch impact under one edge (see photo 5)...
Rare sterling cuff by modernist Caroline Gleick Rosene, San Francisco, c.1951. It is very difficult to find this silversmith's work. Signed "ROSENE HAND MADE STERLING" and is in excellent condition except for a missing small silver ring that is easily replaceable. Made of heavy gauge silver, it is 1 1/4" wide and is 7 1/2" inside circumference. This interesting piece consists of two arked triangular shaped pieces, which move freely on a tall silver bar.
