We have a bracelet of large dimensions at 2.25in. tall and weighing in at 150.00 grams. Marked only Sterling and then also Taxco with a push pin closure. The diameter of the bracelet is 2.5in. and fits most. The panels are divided up with a decorative motif of a caviar bead wrapped in rope and bead work up and down the height of the bracelet. This looks fantastic with Aguilar and Spratling designs. No damage and a patina that was almost black when received...

A vintage three dimensional pendant in sterling silver designed by Jose Luis Flores of Taxco, Mexico depicting a stylized figure kissing a nude breast. Flores also worked with Hector Aguilar, Miguel Garcia Martinez and Emma.

Measures 4 3/4" long including the large bale and 2 1/2" across. Marked on the back 925, Mexico JLF, and Taxco. Have also seen this with the additional Miguel hallmark in script. Heavy and substantial. Has some tarnish. Pre Eagle.

A vintage stunning sterling silver bracelet by Plateria FarFan from Mexico in a geometric puzzle design.

Marked on the back Hecho en Mexico 925 D. F. around FarFan.

The bracelet measures about 7 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide. Has a box clasp that snaps securely. Has some tarnish. The bracelet has a few links that are slightly bent. Not really noticeable when worn. Heavy and well constructed. Weighs a total of about 61 gr. Pre eagle, (pre 1948).

Classic early geometric design.

Beautifully aged sterling silver and warmly glowing copper combine effortlessly in this Los Castillo chevron brooch. I am very partial to the mixed metals jewelry that came out of Taxco and the renowned workshop excelled in their production. This specific piece with its arrow shape I find very interesting visually - just note the way the curves of the silver beads are juxtaposed to the intense forcefulness of the angular motifs. The brooch is 2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide and weighs 19.7 grams...

A gorgeous Palacios rare find. The flower is backed repousse with 3 warmed turquoise stones. The sweeping leaf below is open backed repousse. The patina is fantastic and the design is sublime. The weight is 20 grams heavy and the height is 2.5in. and width is 1.75in. wide. This brooch has no damage and it is collector quality.

Being offered is an early circa 1943 sterling silver and copper bracelet by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico; bracelet features silver square links with copper (seller left the copper patina intact, the copper portions could easily be much shinier) diagonal bands separated by rows of 3 balls; supported by a pin closure and security chain. A vintage sterling silver repousee brooch by Barrera in the style of Matilde Poulat, MATL. Depicts a stylized fish in lightly hammered sterling with two turquoise cabochons.

Signed BARRERA, Made in Mexico, and Sterling. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

Measures 2 1/2" across and 2 1/4" high. Has an early style 'C' clasp that holds securely. The brooch has a dark patina and minor surface scratches.

This elegant, hand wrought set was designed by Taxco artist William Spratling in the early 1940's. The necklace measures 20 1/2" long & weighs 100 grams. Each link is 1" wide. The bracelet is 7" long X 1" wide and has it's original safety chain. It weighs 45 grams. Both pieces are in beautiful condition with a lovely, aged patina. The design is pictured in MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk. It is also shown on Phyllis Goddard's site spratlingsilver.com.

We have a Hector Aguilar cuff to offer today that is one of my favorite designs to wear. The silver is thick and is 1.5in. tall. The quality is further shown with a weight of 110 grams. Inside diameter is 2.25in. and can be professionally sized to fit if needed. The silver is deeply chased. On each side of the gap is a taller swirl than the width of the band giving it beauty all the way to it's ends. A collectors must have and all who desire a show stopper.

This hand wrought silver bracelet was designed by Hector Aguilar in the early 1940's. The carved rope wraps all the way around the bracelet. Weighing 35 grams it measures 3/4" wide and about 2 1/2 inches across. The piece has a beautifully aged patina with normal wear. Fully hallmarked for Aguilar on the inside.

Classic sterling "dog bone" cuff by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1945. Signed "SPRATLING SILVER(in oval) WS SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO" and is in very good condition, except for a small crack in the silver in the back of the cuff only. Cuff measures 7/8" at the dog bone and 9/16" for the rest. The opening is 1 1/8" and the inside circumference measures 5 3/4"......$18 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY tax.

Beautiful pair of hand made sterling and ebony LEAF trays by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1950. They match item #273200 which is a very large matching LEAF tray by Los Castillo. Hand hammered and beautifully sculpted, each measures 11" long by 3 1/2" wide. Each is signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MEXICO HANDWROUGHT 118 (bellmark) 15". An early cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise by Matilde Poulat. Cross measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 7/8" tall. Marked MATL in script, Mexico, 925 and Pate 10670. Amethyst stone is faceted. Suspended on a 26" long Taxco hand wrought sterling chain marked with an Eagle #3, and the initials PCM. Fine condition, the colors of the stones are vibrant. Classic MATL design.

I love to find these rare pieces made by unknown makers. This one is exceptional. The size of the center link is 2.5 inches. There is a wearable length of 19 inches. All other links and earrings are 1.5 inches long. No chips or cracks to the stones and no dents to the silver. The lock is hidden under a link showing a well thought out design. All the repousse is thick with a total weight of 127.5 grams. Hallmarked MADE IN MEXICO STERLING. Extremely well cared for, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
