A modernist sterling silver necklace by the noted NYC jeweler, Ed Wiener.

Has two curved and flattened links and a central longer piece with a cultured pearl nested in the center. The links are connected by curved bars with orbs at each end.

Measures approximately 14 1/2" around. The necklace lays gently on the collarbone due to the curvature of the design. Hook closure allows for an extender to be attached if needed.

Signed ED WIENER. The Ed Wiener is partially worn but still legible...

Handmade sterling and ebony figural pendant by the famous NYC modernist, Ed Wiener, c.1955. It is photographed on p.69 of "Jewelry By Ed Wiener". Signed "ED WIENER STERLING" and is in excellent condition and measures 2 3/8" including the silver bale. The great looking silver figure is applied onto the wood and shows movement....$11 USA insured shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

Here is a beautiful early pin by Danecraft. It has a diameter of 1 1/2". It has an open circle, decorative border, surmounted by a lovely, single flower with repousse leaves and petals. The back is marked DANECRAFT REG. U.S. PAT. OFF STERLING. Unlike later pieces, this very well crafted older piece has decent weight to it. It's in excellent condition.
