This wonderful 1940's, Mexican necklace consists of decorative, linked hearts that meet to form a pendant of 3 hearts with a central cone-shaped ornament. The hearts have a lovely, foliate, stamped, raised design complimented by a small, bezel set, turquoise cabochon (in different shades of blue and green). The necklace is 20” long. Each heart measures 5/8” x 5/8” (at its longest and widest). The central pendant, marked “MEXICO SILVER” on the back, measures 2” x 1 3/8”...

Hallmarks date this very rare Antonio Pineda necklace 1948-1953. I've not seen this design before.

Composed of twenty panels with a rimmed hubcap design, the links alternate with rounds and indented on the sides so that they fit into each other. Each panel measures 1 3/16" tall, 13/16" wide. Closes with a ribbed J hook and eye.

Signed and hallmarked "Silver by Tono", with the design # YY 223. I believe the silver to be of a higher purity than 925, likely 970 or 980...

A substantial, Pre Columbian design 950 silver bracelet from Taxco, Mexico by the noted silversmith Roman Chavarrieta, who was known to work for Plateria Emma.

Signed R. Chavarrieta, Taxco, Mex and 950 which is better than sterling. Measures 7 1/2" long and 1 3/8" wide. Has two hook clasps that hold securely.

Rafael Melendez worked for Spratling when he first opened his taller de las Delicias. Melendez left to open his own Taller in 1939. This is one of his earliest marks that was done in 980 silver. Some of the Silver repousse links have Matl like glyphs. The silver sets up the onyx stones in the cross giving it great depth and dimension. Having a large presence the necklace is 20.75 in. with the extension and 15in. without it...

Being offered is an exceedingly rare circa 1940 sterling silver & jade cabochon bracelet by Fred Davis of Taxco, Mexico. Early pieces by one of the pioneers of the premiere Taxco silver ateliers. Handwrought half domed links with bezel set jade cabochons. Hook clasp.. Dimensions: 7 1/2” long, links are 1" wide. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition.

These sterling silver minimalist earrings are formed as abstract triangles, each with an undecorated surface. They have a nice patina from age, and look to have been hardly worn; dating is the 1960s. They have working clip backs, and the mark of Brdr. Bjørklund, Copenhagen, on the back. They measure 1 1/4 at the longest point, and a little over 3/4 inch at their widest point. Rare original vintage Georg Jensen Denmark sterling bracelet no.130 B with lapis cabochon clasp designed by Henning Koppel c. 1950. It measures 8" end to end and is 1' wide. A pair of sterling silver oval brooches made for Tiffany and Company, New York with the original box. Measure 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Made for Tiffany and Co. A sterling silver brooch #110, originally designed by Georg Jensen himself and produced 1908-1914. Based on the hallmarks shown on this example it was produced between 1933-44.

Measures about 2 3/4" in length and almost 1/2" at the widest. Marked GJ in a rectangle, 925, Sterling Denmark, and style #110.

Trombone clasp holds securely. In fine condition with some surface scratches and tarnish. Has a very minor ding to an orb at one end.

This colorful bracelet is made of various Scottish chalcedonies set in sterling silver bezel mountings, for a total of seven panels. Each panel features four raised pieces of bloodstone set in individual mounts; the centers are set with a pointed and faceted piece of chalcedony in shades of red, white, brown, and blue-gray.
