A wonderful, rare sterling silver cuff bracelet by the talented silversmith, Peer Smed. Sterling overlay depicts various floral designs including clover. Adorable and sweet silver pin in the form of a turtle with beautifully variegated turquoise stones on its back, and red cabochon stones as eyes. Classic Arts & Crafts materials and form, circa 1900 or earlier. The pin back is gold, and may have been added or replaced more recently. A very charming little piece.

Here is a beautiful, ornate, Norwegian sterling silver and enamel bracelet. It consists of 8 butterfly-shaped, linked panels of pearly white guilloche enamel. Each panel has a lovely applied wirework decoration with beaded center. The bracelet has a safety chain and a V-spring and box clasp, on which, “925 S STERLING NORWAY” is marked, along with a maker’s mark of (what looks to me like) an “E” inside a lobed oval. (I am unfamiliar with this artist’s hallmark)...

Hand made modernist sterling and robin's egg blue(front) and white(back) enamel screw back earrings by Willett, c.1950's. A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta Oy, Turku Finland. A geometric design with rock crystals and spectrolite stones. Measures about 7" around. The central design measures 1 1/2" across and 2 1/2" long. Hook closure. In very nice condition with minor tarnish. Marked with the Anvil, Finland and 925S, the mark for Turku and Q7 for 1969. Great example of Scandinavian modernist jewelry.

This classic A. Michelsen daisy pin has a diameter of 1 3/4”. The white enamel petals, like layered rays, are shiny and beautiful surrounding the detailed, sterling vermeil, textured disk. The back is marked with the “AM” beneath a crown (the Anton Michelsen maker’s mark) hallmark and “STERLING DENMARK 925 S” below that. This brooch is in excellent condition!

These dainty, clipback earrings are another fine example of the basse-taille enamel work of David-Andersen. The shiny vermeil accentuates the lovely, pearly white leaves that encircle each other on each earring. Both earrings are marked with the David-Andersen hallmarks: the pair of scales, D-A 925 S STERLING NORWAY, with the designer's mark (W inside a circle)...

This sterling vermeil and enamel necklace has a lovely design. Each convex, navette-shaped link is a very pretty, pearly white, basse-taille enamel. The necklace measures 16 1/4” long (x 1/2”), with a T-bar clasp. The T-bar is marked “STERLING DENMARK” and “VB” (for Volmar Bahner). This piece is in excellent condition.

This lovely charm or pendant measures 1" x 3/4". It's greenish-blue basse-taille, enamel background brings out the red Pisces fish sign beautifully. It's set in sterling vermeil. The back is marked with the David Andersen scales maker's mark, D-A, 925 S, NORWAY-STERLING. It's circa 1950's and in excellent condition.

Beautiful dramatic handmade modernist necklace composed of sterling elements connected with brass or bronze links, with a very large bezel set onyx stone at the center. Not marked but the silver elements test positive for sterling silver. Circa 1960. Substantial at 162 grams. Wearable length is 21 inches. 2 inches wide in the center. Excellent condition. Danish silversmith Gertrude Engel made this unique, modernist ring. Her signature is found on many Anton Michelsen pieces, along with the AM crown maker’s mark (as she designed for that firm). This ring, however, is solely signed by her (see pictures). The rounded band of heavy gauge silver is 1/2” wide. It has a cluster of 10 bezel set carnelian cabochons. It is signed “Gengel,” in script (her maker’s mark), and “925S” and is in excellent condition. It is about a size 5.

Beautiful long necklace in silver with 60 graduated genuine moonstone oval cabochons in open settings. 1900 - 1910. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. Classic Arts & Crafts form and materials. It is a continuous strand but can be worn doubled as shown on the necklace form, by using a necklace shortener clasp or an extender chain clasped. I can provide a shortener or extender if you like...

An important early brooch of sterling silver by the acclaimed American modernist jeweler, Margaret De Patta. Measures 3" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Early incised maker's mark. Circa 1935. Heavy layered sterling in an abstract floral design. Wonderful condition, with some very minor surface scratches and tarnish. Missing the rollover bar on the clasp. Slight bend on the pin. A similar De Patta brooch can be seen in the Philips de Pury Design Auction dated May 24, 2007, lot number 189...

Stunning cocktail sized antique silver ring with an Austro Hungarian or early Art Deco look, with a very big oval genuine citrine stone. Circa 1900 to 1930. Unmarked but tests positive for sterling silver. The stone is gemologist verified. Ring size 5 1/2 and will fit up to a size 6 finger. The top is 1 1/8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. The citrine is 18 mm by 15 mm. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. Photos enlarged to show detail.

These handsome cuff links are so very sleek while they keep it simple: a welcome characteristic of Pearson’s work. The heavy, solid, sterling silver is another Pearson signature. They measure 1” x 3/4” (x 1/8” at their widest). They are both signed “STERLING PEARSON” and are in excellent condition.

A rare hand wrought bracelet by Madeline Turner, a New York City Jeweler who worked from the 1930's to the 1950's. She designed jewelry for Georg Jensen USA. In sterling silver with periwinkle blue art glass cabochons. Marked with her conjoined M Turner hallmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around and about 1" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. Has a safety clasp. In very nice condition. A wonderful example of her work.

Substantial very big and heavy antique ring by the Baltimore jeweler and decorative arts metalware maker Carl Schon. Not well known outside of Baltimore, Schon worked in an Arts & Crafts and transitional/Art Deco style from the late 1890s until his death in 1923. Later Carl Schon pieces were made by the firm which continued under his name. This piece is very early, circa 1920. It is marked with tiny initials...

This lovely pin is by the Norwegian designers, Frank + Regine Juhls. It is convex with a cool mod design. Its diameter is 1 1/2" and it's 1/4" deep. The back is marked JUHLS and 925 S. It is in excellent condition.
