Fabulous bauhaus design modernist rhodocrosite and sterling ring, c.1960's. The band is an integral part of the design and it is signed "STERLING SILVER". The rings is size 7 3/4 and is in excellent condition with some wear around the edge of the stone due to the age. The stone itself is 13/16" in diameter and the ring stands 1/2" high. Made by Margot Van Voorheis this necklace proves that not all great things come in big packages. The workmanship is complicated to say the least. The entire 15in. chain is composed of the tiniest granulated beads which are then channel set throughout with each links length measuring 3/16th of an inch. Nine perfect teardrop dangles are the center piece attracting much attention and the drop is 1in. tall and 2.75in. across...

Wonderfully designed cuff bracelet by Henry Steig, a well known Modernist jewelry designer working in New York City in the 1950s. In 1950 he opened a New York City shop at 51st and First, and a summer store in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In 1955 he moved his NYC shop to 52nd and Lexington. The design of this ridgid bracelet is ingenious, as the opening fits over the bulb of your wrist for comfort. Signed "Henry Steig, sterling". Excellent condition.

A wonderfully constructed heavy brooch and matching clip earrings by Bent Knudsen, Denmark. Streamlined curves, thick sterling, very Mid Century. Marked Handmade, Sterling, Denmark, Bent K, and Style #2 on the back of each piece. Brooch measures 2 3/4" long and almost 3/4" across. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Earrings measure 1 1/4" long and 1/2" at the widest. Clips hold tightly. Fine condition, minor surface scratches...

Sterling charm bracelet with 11 charms, 5 of which are of a nautical theme, c.1950's. The nautical charms are: lobster, water skis, starfish, seahorse, & sail boat.The others are: red enamel umbrella, blue enamel flag, bobsled, cross, thistle, thistle(signed "NYE"). Here is a sensational sterling bangle with fretwork and crushed turquoise. Signed JEG Taxco 925 with an eagle 2. Weighing 53 grams, the inner diameter (closed) is just shy of 2-1/4" and the piece is 7/8" wide. Remnants of polish. The photos make the turquoise appear green but it is blue with a hint of green.

A large sterling silver thistle pin, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1950. This 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" pin has a c-clasp with a brass pin. It is stamped with an F.N. maker's mark, it weighs 11.0 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

A vintage cuff bracelet and/or pendant in the style of Ken Beldin in patinated copper and brass with central pottery heads. Both pieces are signed Xochitl Mexico. There have been some documented Beldin pieces also signed Xochitl and it was noted that she may have been his wife or mistress. Although these pieces are not signed Beldin, the quality and design reflect his work...

Measuring 5 1/4" in length, this Antonio Pineda pin is a very unique piece. I've not come across this design before, and it is an edgy, striking statement piece. Weight is a substantial 22.5 grams. Collector quality. Pin closes with a roller.

A lovey early vintage Mexican Silver Brooch designed and signed by Hector Aguilar. It features two Acorns along with an oak leaf set on two curving stems. Measures 3" long by 1 3/4: wide and weighs 13.9 grams. Hallmarked 940, HA, Taxco. In good condition with a pin clasp.

A rare Antonio Pineda moon stone bracelet with a 1 inch height and a heavy weight of 86 grams of very thick silver. The hallmark is worn and reads in hands 970 Silver with eagle and also visible crown. This bracelet's hallmark is just before the letters were added and is an older bracelet. Fabulous sterling and turquoise flower pin by Frank Patania Sr. The stones are most likely bisbee and the color is deep and vivid. Two pair of vintage Mexican Sterling Silver screw back earrings by Sigi Pineda in modernist designs. May be purchased together or as two separate pairs.

One pair has a polished layer of sterling intertwined with an textured layer for an interesting contrast. Measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Sigi Tasco, and Eagle #36. There are some more markings which are under the screw back and can't be read. In fine condition with some minor tarnish...
