Velazquez is known for his folkwork style in Mexico City. Repousse carved tops and puffy moth links were his specialty. This amethyst center is a gorgeous glowing stone. A roomy, approximately 17in wearable and a 1 1/8 inch at it's widest point in the drop make a clean, tasteful size to wear with anything and go anywhere. This is a fabulous Mexican sterling warrior bracelet from Taxco. The raised design of an Aztec warrior wearing an eagle head dress with geometric Aztec designs on either side. It is hallmarked Taxco and 925. There are no other hallmarks.

Lovely vintage brooch by Mikimoto featuring five stunning pearls set in a triple arch of sterling silver. The pearls, graduating from 5 to 5.5 mm, are of the finest quality. The body color is white with an ivory overtone. The lustre is excellent. The back of the brooch is stamped with Mikimoto's hallmark and "S" for sterling.

The adjustable sterling silver ring I am presenting here is out of her coveted "angel" parure. The form does not come up very often and I am happy to have come upon a beautifully aged example...

This bracelet is truly beautiful. The central stone is bezel-set with a diameter of 1". The bracelet has a great mod look and good heft, as well. It would likely fit on a smaller wrist. It is in excellent condition.

We have an Antonio Pineda Onyx tear drop vintage bracelet that is a wearable length of 7.25in. and a striking 1.75in. tall. These Mexican bracelets were made in relationship to the size of the stones that were obtained and this is one of the tallest tear drops I have found. I don't use the term "rare" very often when presenting my jewelry yet in this case, I just had to! Because this specific version of one of my favorite designs, the multi-row repousse semi-spheres hinged bracelets usually adorned with turquoise cabs, is indeed very very difficult to come upon. What elevates the bracelet at hand above and beyond other similar examples is the sheer size of the repousse semi-spheres that make up its two "wings"...

This attractive pin features an openwork, foliate design, with a Jensen-inspired aesthetic. The pin has a substantial look and feel, representing a quality Danecraft line from the 1940s.
