Ca 1960 A pierced sterling malachite and gold tumi that may be worn as a pendant or brooch. The tumi tests 18k, and it is marked 925 on the bale. The malachite has a few flea bites but they're only evident with magnification and bright light. 1-1/8" square.Weight 10.5grams.

This lovely brooch / pin is sterling silver. It measures 2" x 1 1/4" x 1/4". Its floral motif has fine detail, including solid wirework and applied beads. The back is signed AL with 4 lines underneath. This piece is in excellent condition and has a good heft.

A chain link sterling silver charm bracelet with 10 charms from the 1970s. This 7-5/8" long and 3/16" wide chain has a springring clasp and it is stamped STERLING and STG. The charms include: bungalow house, Good Luck heart, lovebirds on perch, typewriter (w/glass pearl), Mother (with 3 red rhinestones), anchor/heart/cross, heart with key, Happy Birthday, Christmas stocking (4 "stones"), P.E.I. map (Prince Edward Island)...

This triangular pin features a cabochon pink quartz set in a recessed bezel mount. It bears the mark of Danish maker N.E. From and the sterling mark. Deep patination on the front enhances the stone. The rollover clasp is very secure. The pin has a small nick to the edge on the back, shown in the detail photo; it is not viewable from the front. Each side of the pin measures 1 ½ inches long.

Here is a beautiful early pin by Danecraft. It has a diameter of 1 1/2". It has an open circle, decorative border, surmounted by a lovely, single flower with repousse leaves and petals. The back is marked DANECRAFT REG. U.S. PAT. OFF STERLING. Unlike later pieces, this very well crafted older piece has decent weight to it. It's in excellent condition.

This wonderful ring is a size 6. It has a lovely design accented with a central, bezel-set confetti stone. It is marked 925 and (what looks like) LF. It is in excellent condition.

This great brooch / pin / pendant has a diameter of 1 1/2". It is slightly convex. The turquoise stone is inlaid (not enamel), very nicely. The back is marked TAXCO 925 STERLING (blurry) in a circle with very blurry initials of silversmith in the middle. The eagle assay mark is number 3, very lightly stamped.

Designed by Karin Pedersen for JemAx of Denmark, this sterling silver vermeil and white enamel brooch is such a great example of Scandinavian minimalist / modernist design from the 1960s and 1970s. I love the pearlescence of the white here and the way its translucence brings out the guilloche motifs in the silver underneath. White is a gorgeous color in Scandinavian enamelwork and it pairs perfectly with darker, more subdued hue time and loving use has bestowed to the vermeil finish...

This delicate pin has a branch-like design formed by lost-wax casting, with a textured surface and applied beads. The oxidized and textured surface has a Brutalist feel. Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

An Art Nouveau sterling size 5-3/4 ring c1900-20. This "dainty," sterling silver bracelet has a classic mod design from The Studio era. The front is 3/8" wide then tapers down to 1/4" and then tapers back up to 3/8". The beautiful, mod craftsmanship is difficult to see in the pictures. It by the famous Studio silversmith, Richard Parker. It is marked PARKER STERLING for Richard Parker (not Mary Parker). This ring is a size 11 1/2 (can be resized, of course). It has a cool design, almost foil-like (see pictures). It's just over 1/2" at its highest. It is marked 925. It's a wonderful piece in excellent condition.

This delicate, charming silver gilt bar pin features lavender guilloche enamel work surrounded by a thin border of black enamel and a milligrain-like textured edge. Three circles of white enamel grace each end of the pin. The pin bears the mark of Marius Hammer, Bergen, Norway (1847-1927), and dates to the early 20th century. The original C-clasp has been expertly replaced; the piece retains its original pin stem. It measures 1 5/8 inches long by a little over ¼ inch wide at the center.

These earrings are unique as they are Taxco Mexico with a Native American motif. The "top" is convex with a diameter of 1". The 3 dangling leaves measure 1 1/2". They are marked 925 TS-14 MEXICO. They are in excellent condition and have good heft.

This cool pendant / medallion has a great modernist design. It is a concave and convex disk with a radius of 2 inches. It hangs 13" from a link chain. The back is marked PEWTER Jorgen Jensen (in his script hallmark) HANDMADE DENMARK 158. Like all Jorgen Jensen pieces it displays the modernist style. It is in excellent condition.

This fine ring measures 1" x 3/4" x 3/4". It is a size 8. It has a neat mother-of-pearl and onyx design. It is marked 925 and is hallmarked with 3 horizontal lines (on either side) with a star in the middle (see pic). It has good heft and is in excellent condition.

VikingCraft was a line of jewelry produced by Albert Horwig, New York, to satisfy the demand for scandinavian-style jewelry during the 1940s and 1950s. This pin is well made, evoking movement with elongated, stylized leaves. It is marked on the back VikingCraft and sterling, and has a secure rollover clasp. It measures 3 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inches at its widest point. Weight: 24.8 grams

This bracelet has a beautiful deisign. The decorative face measures 2" x 1 1/2. The band portion has a hinged closure and is thin with a scalloped design.

This impressive sterling silver pin features a decoration of detailed engraved flowers and latticework. It was made by the LaPierre Mfg. Co. of Newark, NJ, and New York City, and bears the maker’s mark on the back, as well as the sterling mark. It has a very secure C-clasp and tube hinge typical of the period. The brooch measures 2 7/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches.

A fine modernist design 835 silver and rutilated quartz brooch made by Kordes & Lichtenfels of Pforzheim Germany circa 1950s 1960. This abstract 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" pin is signed 835 and K&L and it also has the three crown Swedish silver mark, so this piece was imported into Sweden originally to be sold. This 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" pin features square shape cabochon stones with black inclusions called rutilated quartz...

Here is a sterling silver pin of signature design by the Danish maker Niels Erik From. It is composed of stylized rounded leaves and berries on a stem, enhanced by applied patination, and is secured by a rollover safety clasp. The maker’s mark is impressed on the back. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide.

These beautiful, sterling silver earrings have a classic Mexican, 1940's design. They are screwbacks, and measure 1" x 1" x 1". The central stones are bezel-set: green chalcedony / jade. Each earring's back is marked HECHO EN MEXICO D.F. 925, with a maker's mark of JP inside a rectangle. The D.F. stands for Distrito Federal: made in Mexico City.
