This lovely, Scandinavian, sterling silver pin is by the Danish silversmith Evald Nielsen. It is marked "EN" (maker's mark), "STERLING SILVER 925." It has a C-catch and measures 1 1/8" x 1". It is in excellent condition.

Mexican/art deco REPOUSSE design sterling necklace and bracelet set by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1940. Dimensional swirling design set backed in silver is made of heavy gauge silver. Lushly designed floral sterling and amethyst pin sold by Sanborn's and possibly made by Fred Davis who managed and designed for the store from 1947 through the early 50's, Mexico, c.1950. It also appears on p.187 in WILLIAM SPRATLING and the MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE as "Los Castillo, prize-winning cubist parrot broach". This famous pin was made in Mexico, c.1947. The metals are sterling, brass, copper, and, perhaps pewter. The stones used are black onyx and malachite in matrix...

RARE modernist sterling and rhodochrosite bracelet by Theodor Fahrner, Germany, c.1960's. This famed maker closed shop in the 1970's and produced a very small output of modernist designs. The substantial bracelet is made of heavy gauge silver(weighs 3 troy oz or 90 gms) and measures 7" long. Each of the 6 concave links measures 1 1/16" wide by 1" long and will fit a medium to larger wrist because of the curved links. The 6 matching stones are original and set off the textured silver...
