This classic Antonio Pineda bracelet has the bold sculpted style he is known for with thick and heavy horseshoe shaped links crafted in his favorite 970 silver. Circa 1930's-1940's, this is a spectacular hand-wrought pectoral necklace. Hallmarked simply "Sterling 925", I do believe it to be Mexican in origin. The style and manner are very much in keeping with the work of Geraldo Lopez, Los Castillo, and Alfredo Villasana. This stunning necklace lays perfectly upon the neck. This is a very early work from Sigi Pineda, and dates to the early 1950's when he first opened his own shop. The shop was named "Plateros", later renamed "Sigi".

It's an amazing piece, with three huge red coral branches in a modernist setting which is sterling silver with 14k gold plated over it. The gold is perfect and even throughout, both front and back. The coral measures from 2 1/4" to 2 1/16"...

A fabulous Necklace Set by Sigi Pineda features four separate strands of brushed sterling silver beads which can be combined with one of three different silver and obsidian clasps to create various style necklaces. The beads measure 14 1/2", 15 1/2", 16 1/2" & 17 1/2" long. The clasps measure 7/8" by 1/2", 1" by 5/8" and 2 1/2" by 1 1/2". The largest also has a pin back so it can be worn as a brooch. Nice and long at 27 1/2", this mid-century Antonio Pineda pendant necklace features a starburst design pendant with turquoise colored stones.
