It is not signed but is unmistakably made by Eisenberg, if you look at the clip on the back you will see this is an Eisenberg common shaped clip that was used on most of their Dress Clips. The non-use of Sterling Silver would date this directly before WWII, c. 1939-1941. Fabulous Arts & Crafts style clip. It has layers of gold-tone metal leaves, branches and fuchsia flowers set inside a black enamel frame. Even the back clip is decorated.

Measures about 2 1/4 inches by 1 5/8 inches. The piece is not marked! Too bad, because it is so nicely made. Excellent condition.

This is Soooo Exceptional & Gorgeous! Stamped... "Sterling" (twice). c. 1941-1947 (during WWII). We do not see a makers mark but would guess because of the Stunning Quality of this it was made by either early Marcel Boucher usually stamped "MB" or Mazer.
