I bought this pin for myself, but I just do not have occasion to wear it, so it sits in a jewelry box. I recently bought a ring by him, which I do wear, so I will pass this wonderful pin along to someone who can wear it. Raymond is one of the most talented smiths working today. His work is distinctive and finely made, this pin is one of his best. It would retail for about $1100 now, maybe more. He doesn't create a lot of jewerly, so his work is in great demand. It depicts Kokopelli with a ... Click for details

This beautiful Zuni raised stone to stone inlay ring was made by Zuni couple Morris and Sadie Laahte.
See image for hallmark. Exact age of ring is unknown but likely 70s.
This type of raised inlay work is set in the same manner as in flat inlay work, but instead of grounding the top of the stone flat, it is rounded. This type of inlay work is much harder to do and requires more time.
Inlay is jet, turquoise, mother of pearl and coral.
Ring fits a size between 5 ½ and 5 ¾. Top of ring is 1 in... Click for details

Wow. The addition of the turquoise "dot" on this Hopi design makes these cufflinks absolute knockouts. Men don't have much to wear when it comes to jewelry (that's not true in the S'West, where jewelry is a passion for both sexes and men wear bracelets and necklaces and rings and such, but generally across the US, one doesn't see a gentleman in, say, Illinois wearing a heishi necklace with jaclas -- it's a regional thing).
Then, thankfully, cufflinks came into fashion in the middle of the la... Click for details
