This is a beautiful old watch band with two panels of Native American silver (sterling) worked by hand, each with an eagle and a small turquoise stone. The panels measure 1" wide at the top, nearly 7/8" wide at the bottom, and 1 7/8" long, measures along the curve. The stones are genuine turquoise, nicely matrixed and prong set. The back of each panel is stamped STERLING with the initials CV on one and C on the other, presumably because of a miss-stamp. The watch is an Oryx quartz which ta... Click for details

This is a fabulous old watch band made of sterling silver and turquoise by a Native American artisan many years ago! It is quite large with two panels that each measure 1 3/8" wide at the top, 3/4" wide at the bottom, and about 2" long measured over the curve. Each is prong set with two tumbled but rough cut, dimensional turquoise stones, attached nicely and pronged in very well. The initials ES are stamped into the back of each piece. The back is a simple expansion band, perfectly adequate... Click for details

This is a lady's watch band, made light in weight and delicate in design by a Native American artisan many years ago. It is set with two beautifully matched mother-of-pearl cabochons, yellowed to a soft gold, possibly by age, and securely pronged in. The two side panels are not cast, but are made from sterling silver sheets that were hand worked and ornamented. The panels measure only 1/2" wide at the fullest area, and accept a watch with bars that are 3/8" wide. There is no mark on the si... Click for details

NATIVE AMERICAN PENDANT CORAL, LAPIS, STERLING
Here is an elegant old piece of Native Americana! It is a 2 1/4" pendant, just over 1 5/8" wide, that was hand wrought in sterling silver, genuine red coral and lapis lazuli. The back is solid and all of the stones are bezel-set. There is a natural inclusion in the large center stone, visible as a black dot in the photo, that is often seen in real coral. The motif around the edge is actually a heart pattern with hand worked detailing. This l... Click for details

NATIVE AMERICAN RING STERLING & TURQUOISE MOSAIC "JP"
Here is a really nice heavy silver ring made by a Native American with the mark of a conjoined "JP." The ring has a mosaic top with turquoise chips set into a black matrix which is then set into 4 compartments. It has cutouts on the sides and hand-hammered design work along the top. The ring is approximately a size 12 1/2 ... a nice large size! It is marked STERLING JP, as described above. A very nice ring!

This magnificent vintage cuff bracelet features a deep-cut (thick) and vivid stone, along with highly ornate silverwork. The turquoise is outstanding; it's natural, of course (not stabilized), and it looks more like the greener examples of Blue Gem than anything else, given its pools of blue and loads of toasty golden pyrite matrix. While the mine was located in Nevada, its owner regularly supplied traders in the Southwest who dealt with Navajo and Zuni jewelers. The mine was very prolific at on... Click for details
