I found this incredible necklace recently and think it is just stunning. It is entirely hand made of silver (not sterling) and dripping with beautiful lapis stones. From the back of the neck on this display form to the bottom of the necklace is a drop of 14". The chain in the back is adjustable, so it can be somewhat shorter or longer. The bottom of the necklace is 4" deep. I assume this is a tribal necklace, perhaps Middle Eastern.

Older Strand of North African amber trade beads. Shaped slightly cylindrically, these beads are 1 1/4" in diameter. Some ends are angled slightly which makes them seem to curve. There are 38 beads in all. These appear to be fashioned to complement Venetian millefiori African trade beads (also known as Goulamine beads). These are temporarily strung, and a few show marks from being burn tested. These are most likely Moroccan.

This silver Turkoman or Kazak fibula (breastplate) measures approximately nine inches from top to bottom. The diamond shape measures about five inches side to side or 4 1/2 inches when measured straight across as a square. It is about 1/4 inch or 6-7 mm in thickness. It appears to be solid rather than hollow. It has a black linen pad hand stitched to the reverse , which helps to document that it was actually a family ... Click for details

If you follow fashion, you *know* bracelets are being worn on both arms, often several at a time, so we all need more of them now! Here's a really unusual, conversation-piece bangle finely detailed with two stylized lions in sphinxlike pose, their manes resembling a Pharoah's head-dress. It's also decorated on the sides and infinitely adjustable to fit any wrist (or you could even wear it farther up your arm). The metal is quite sturdy and has a *real gold* look, though I assume it's a brass a... Click for details

Here's a head-turning necklace for you! Whenever I wear it, compliments flow and everyone mistakes it for genuine amber.
Adding to the look of sheer opulence, 9 very ornate spacer beads feature among the rugged faux-amber slices. The beads certainly contain some silver, since they tarnish. I believe this jewel is of Middle Eastern origin, dating from the early part of the 20th century. The chain is like nothing I've ever seen before, sort of in the "paperclip" style but not quite. Obviously ... Click for details
