Dating into the latter part of the mid-20th century, this 5 1/8” tall silver kachina bola slide (BB199) is from the estate of the late Billy Branch of Denver. Unstamped, but nicely detailed and inset with deep sky-blue turquoise cabs, the slide is in excellent condition and was noted by Branch to be ‘dead pawn’. Although the braided leather string tie shows obvious wear and would probably be best replaced, the long silver cones at its ends are in very good condition and tipped with decorated, tw... This impressive 3 ½” tall eagle’s head silver buckle (BB135) was noted by its late owner, Billy Branch of Denver, to be Navajo ‘old pawn’. Believed to date into the mid-20th century, the beak of the eagle is covered with a gold wash, and its one piercing, disk-shaped golden eye is centered with a small button of polished jet. A unique, soldered, raised touch mark on the back of the buckle has the word ‘STUMP’ floating over the image of a tree stump. A handsome Native American buckle that will ac... Click for details

Beautifully inlaid with turquoise, mother of pearl, jet and malachite, this Native American made silver buckle (BB138) was noted by its late owner, Billy Branch of Denver, to be ‘rare pawn’. Measuring 3” in width, the buckle will accommodate a 1 7/6” wide belt. Believed to date into the mid-20th century and in overall very good conditon, the buckle has some minor scratches from wear, and some hardly noticeable loss of inlay. It is signed on the back in script ‘P. & Q. W. QUAM, Sr.’ Great for eit... Click for details

With almost every newly listed item from the late Billy Branch’s collection of Native American Indian jewelry, any viewer will, as with this one (BB82), be frequently impressed with the beauty and quality of his selections. This truly magnificent example of the Zuni needlepoint style is simply stamped ‘sterling’ on one of its three supporting framework bars. In used but overall very good condition (I count seven cracked and/or lightly chipped turquoise cabs, all of which are securely held), and ... Click for details

From the fine collection of the late Billy Branch, this middle-20th century pawn silver bracelet (BB80) has a huge, irregularly shaped, spider-webbed turquoise slab that was identified by the late owner as ‘Bisbee Cloud’ turquoise. In a shadow-box setting, centered on four bars with scattered bars of silver shot, and highlighted with feather appliques on either side, the bracelet is unsigned but believed to be of either Navajo or Zuni origin. The greatest dimension of the turquoise is 1 7/8”. Th... Click for details
