This is a beautifully made wide bangle bracelet from the 1940's. Crafted from 14k yellow gold, it has a lovely ribbed pattern that encircles the entire bracelet. In the center is a 14k white gold Art Deco filigree bracelet, set with 1.10 carat total weight in diamonds. The sapphires are synthetic, which are typical of the period. This is a fabulous lengthy Victorian slide chain necklace with an exquisite large enameled slide with seed pearls. The necklace dates c. 1870-1880 and there is a swivel at the end. The chain measures 54" in total length and 3.5mm in diameter. The necklace has intricate workmanship. The slide measures 1" by 3/4" and has 4 original seed pearls. Condition is excellent and all parts tests 14K gold. It weighs 38.9 grams.
