A large and striking carnelian agate set in a classic 9k yellow gold barley twist setting c1910. It measures 2 5/8" x 2", and has a safety catch, which appears to be original. The gold setting is heavy and well made, and all of the claws and rope work are in perfect shape. The stone is a really attractive carnelian agate, 1/4" thick.
