This is a precious 15k Georgian heart shaped locket, with a green, rose and yellow gold floral repousse pattern. English in origin, it is quite three dimensional and is meant to hold a small keepsake or momento rather than a photo. It measures 3/4" tall (not including the bail) by 5'8" wide and 3/8" thick.

This lovely pin is Georgian, circa 1820. It has a round shape which is more unusual for brooches of this genre. The flat cut garnets are all finely faceted around the perimeter and set in hand crimped rub over settings. Stones were set closed in the back during this time period, therefore closed to the light and foil was placed behind each garnet to reflect light. This grouping must be sold together as they originate from the last heir of this prominent English family. Completely hallmarked, they date respectively 1700,1733 and 1768.All three measure size 8 and cannot be sized. These antique diamond earrings are Flemish, circa 1790. Set in silver and backed in gold, they have a beautiful patina. The diamonds are rough cuts, typical of the period and set in tiny pockets of silver. The diamonds are foiled back to reflect light, and the silver is then hand crimped around each stone. A lovely small Georgian mourning pin worked in 9K yellow gold and featuring a border of faceted jet around the central glass-covered hair receptacle. This example is particularly nice because it contains a plait of rarer blond hair that contrasts handsomely with the unusual jet border. The back is engraved “Wm Dunelow/ ob. 16 Mar/ 1811 At 42”. The pin retains the original extended pinstem and c-clasp.
