Georgian Era (1760 - 1840)pin and pendant combination, depicting a bird with turquoise and seed pearls embedded all over the silver top. It also has an old cut diamond eye, approximately .02ct. We have added a sleeve that is slipped on to the pin to turn it into a pendant. The bird is in excellent condition, with some of the turquoise cabochons and seed pearl replaced. Rare pair of 18th century rings, mourning the deaths of a father and son. Both were John Cobdens; the son died first in 1778 at the age of 11. His ring features a sepia and hair on ivory picture depicting an urn and a willow tree. Extraordinary Georgian rose gold mourning brooch, depicting a griffin and the initials “JP” in gold over a plaited bed of hair, surrounded by borders of blue enamel and tiny pearls.
