Everything about this gold and topaz ring is special. The stone, the setting, and the shank are all exceptional. To start, the round topaz has a faceted hexagonal crown and the stone is 5/8ths in diameter. It is set in an exceptional 8 prong set, tall gold "cage" bezel that is just under one half inch tall. That in turn sits on a wide round tapered shank with two angular "shoulders". The ring is by the Finnish firm, Kupittaan Kulta whose creative director was the renowned Elis Kauppi. Truly fab... Wonderful pair of 14K gold Hans Hansen earrings, c. 1960s. The articulated earrings have three components of graduated size which swing freely of one another. Suspended within the bottom component is a lapis bead. These are screwbacks and could be converted. They are 2 inches long and marked as pictured. The backs of the earring screws are also marked HaH and 525. Excellent condition and a rare find.

This is a fabulous Modernist 14k yellow gold and obsidian necklace by Kaunis Koru, Finland, c. 1971. The necklace measures 17" and the obsidian drop is 1 5/8" x 3/4" x 1/2" deep. I believe the stone is obsidian, however, it has a deep mauve glow when it catches the light, which is unusual - it is not as dark as one usually associates with obsidian - I would describe it as a medium to dark gray with white streaks out of the light and in the light it reflects a soft purple or dark mauve glow (se... Wonderful vintage 1970s solid gold nugget earrings by Bjorn Weckstrom Finland for Lapponia. Beautiful natural relief and finish. Each measures appx 5/8" in diameter. Total weight is 8.4 grams. Each hallmarked BW, Old Lapponia hallmark, 585, Heart, Ship and P7. Excellent condition. Very wearable..great size.

This beautiful piece is a brooch as well as a pendant, c. 1960. It is by Finn Jensen. The enamel is colorful with blues, pinks, etc. It is sterling vermeil and depicts a lovely, Norwegian, winter scene. Its diameter is 1 5/8". The back is marked NORWAY STERLING 925 and has the SV maker's mark for Finn Jensen. It is in excellent condition.
