Outstanding gold washed sterling heart locket on a matching chain. Circa 1930 or 1940. The locket is marked (on the back of the attached bale) 1/20
10K GF ON S/S, and also has a maker's mark which I cannot capture in a photo. The chain clasp is marked 1/20 12K ON STERLING. The chain
has an early thumb ring spring ring. The locket has beautiful repousse detail and a space for a monogram, and a beautiful ridged decorated back. There

A massive and beautifully designed Spanish Modernist sterling ring. It was made by Joachim S'Paliu, who's firm was founded in 1944, and produced an excellent line of modern jewelry in the seventies and eighties. Handsome angular design to the ring, the top is an assemblage of two heavy sterling chain links, very reminiscent of the Chain designs made by the French jeweler Jean Despres in 1930's Paris. A vintage 1940s sterling and rhinestone sautoir necklace signed by Anthony. This 16-1/2" necklace has flashy claw-set rhinestone segments with a central drop; the large disc is 9/16" across and the small is 3/8".
