Fabulous and extremely rare pin by William Spratling. Very early piece depicting a Pre-Colombian monkey. High quality repousse and carved silver work. Signed with the early "WS" inside a circle hallmark, also marked "TAXCO". First design period piece circa 1933-1938. Old "C" style clasp, this kind of clasp was used only on the earliest pieces. Very good vintage condition. Measurements: 3" by 3/4".

Adorable Sterling Silver & Yellow Guilloche Edwardian Enamel Vinaigrette c. 1900-1915. The pattern is very pretty and has radiating lines from a central flower decorated as such on both sides. The two sections unscrew to show interior frames which would have held swabs of perfumed cotton. Marked on one of these bars, STERLING. This wonderfully unusual pendant is a concave circle with an abstract motif. Its diameter is 2 1/2". Its cast, abstract "adornment" sits inside the concave disk and is 1/2" in height. This piece has good heft (2 1/2 ounces) and is in excellent condition. The back is marked with the Buch & Deichman maker's mark (B + D below a circle, flanked by 2 vertical lines). It is also marked erik dennung made in denmark. Dennung is a talented, Danish silversmith.
