Handmade sterling and turquoises pin with retro/modernist design by Maurice, possibly French, c.1960's. Quite large and made of heavy gauge silver, it measures 4" long by 2" wide. The design is a retro floral bow, but, is executed in modernist style. It is signed "MAURICE STERLING" and is in excellent condition. Has an interesting texture which is slightly gold in color. The pendant is comprised of a bale set with old-European cut paste stones, suspending a circle set with 30 paste stones, surrounding an articulated central plaque covered in translucent cobalt blue enamel punctuated with a finely worked silver floral motif set with paste. This is a wonderful Art Deco 935 silver and paste pin, c. 1920. It is set with a large amethyst paste stone in the center, surrounded by clear paste stones that extend along the bar. The pin is probably German and is in excellent condition. It measures 3 3/8" x 1/2" and is marked 935 (higher grade of silver than sterling) and has two other hallmarks - see last photo).

This is a wonderful gilt sterling set consisting of a pin/pendant and screwback earrings, c. 1920s. Each piece has enamel flowers and is set with red, green and blue paste stones, faux pearls and a center aqua glass stone. The pin can also be worn as a pendant if preferred. The earrings measure 1 5/8" x 3/4" and the pin is 1 1/8" x 1 1/4". The earrings are marked "Pat. 144712 Sterling" (the patent no. dates 1923).
