Although these are marked simply 925, they are clearly artisan made. The stones are hand cut, beautifully matched and smoothly set. The wires have a small leaf ornamentation and they are soldered onto the drops. There is a fine twisted wire decoration around the setting. From the bend in the wire to the bottom of the drop, they measure approximately 2". The stone in these earrings is genuine pink shell with an iridescent cast. These are marked 925 CM (possibly Native American) and are nice and long, measuring 2 1/4" in length from the bend in the wire. They are hand fashioned and beautifully constructed. The wires are very long, measuring over 1 1/4" behind the ear. Sterling silver set with pink. Unusual, too!

This plain but elegant brooch is inscribed, simply, M.J. 1863, a date that puts it right in the middle of the American Civil War. It is a large agate cabochon, measuring 1 3/4" by 1 3/8", bezel-set into a simple silver pin setting. The frame of the setting is beautifully hand worked.
