A really beautiful antique moonstone necklace dating to the Arts and Crafts Period circa 1920. This Sterling Silver Pendant has beautiful stylized floral motifs. The moonstone is most beautiful with its glowing blue sheen. The chain is Sterling Silver and adorned with genuine Seed Pearls. The pendant is about 1 3/8 inch long by about 7/8 inch wide. The chain is about 17 inches long. Marked Sterling and in beautiful condition.

Shiebler is most well known for its gorgeous flatware, but the company did make a small line of jewelry in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. This brooch, in the shape of an anchor, is hand hammered silver and as such, I date it to 1890 - 1910: the Arts and Crafts Movement of design.

An interesting piece of Arts & Crafts studio jewelry, a handwrought sterling, gold & opal brooch. The brooch has a pronounced hammered finish and is overlaid with gold leaves, stems and beads, all applied around four opal cabochons set in open backed bezels. These are not doublets, beautiful solid natural opal all through. The gold leaves are of the type most often seen on Boston work and I believe the brooch was made there. This is a beautiful hand wrought necklace by Arts & Crafts silversmith, Laurence Foss. Foss worked for Georg Jensen in the 1940s and 1950s and his work is hard to find and very collectible. The necklace consists of twelve trapezoidal links, each with an applied pine cone, leaf and curved stem design, joined by thick silver loops. This ring features a huge amber cabochon, with inclusions, but the graceful sterling silver setting gives it a delicate look. Hallmarks on band are Polish, but I do not know which city or maker they indicate. Quite lovely! Band is size 8.

This pendant is classic arts & crafts. Signed by Queensway, and marked "Sterling Silver", it sports beautiful enamel which fades from cobalt blue into a dark green. The dropper is a blister pearl set in silver. It measures 1-3/8” (including the drop, but not the jump ring) x 1-1/8”. The unmarked chain tests for 90-100% silver, and is 17”.
