This is a marvelous, slinky Egyptian Revival chain link mesh scarab bracelet made in Egypt and hallmarked. It is comprised of panels of 3 rows each of flexible, sterling silver mesh links decorated with silver bump up designs and wire giving the effect of flowers. Each panel is separated by a mottled lavender carved natural amethyst, bezel set scarab. The scarabs are carved on both sides, a traditional presentation. A vintage Art Deco sterling silver octagonal 1-3/8" x 1" photo locket on a 37-1/2" fine link chain with a spring-ring catch c1910-20. This locket has a simple leaf border with no ornamentation on either side; it has the two photo retaining bezels marked STERLING with the Webster maker's mark, and two celluloid windows.
