A truly spectacular sterling and turquoise necklace and clip earrings by Frank Patania Sr. The necklace is 15 1/2" end to end and the center drop measures 1 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide at the bottom. The earrings measure 1 3/8" long and 1" wide at the bottom. The earrings came with the necklace but are not a perfect match to it.
