Impressive 835 silver Egyptian "ANKH" (the symbol of eternal life) pendant, c.1960's. Made in Germany, it is signed "HANDARBEIT(hand wrought)835 maker's mark" and is in excellent condition. Made of very heavy gauge silver(weighs 30 gms)and of good size, it measures 2 1/4" long by 1 1/4" wide. There are two loops on the back to accept a chain.....$9 for insured USA shipping.

Exquisite hand made sterling sculpture, finished on front and back. This art pendant shows a nude man riding an animal(ibex?)holding a rope or ring in his hand by E. Silbert, c.1960's. It is rare to see jewelry sculpted on front and back. It is signed "E. SILBERT STERLING" and measures 2 1/2" high by 1 3/8" wide. Ring is used to hold chain. Excellent condition. Sterling and amethyst quartz hand made post modern cuff bracelet and ring set by Novak, c.1970's. Only the ring is signed "NOVAK 925 N(with arrow)". The cuff is unsigned. The amethysts are bezel set and not faceted. The ring is size 8 1/4 and the band measures 3/8" wide. The cuff has a 2 1/2" diameter and 5/8" wide. RARE OFFERING:Copper and brass "CROWN OF THORNS" necklace by Art Smith, NYC modernist, c.1960. Necklace shows a contrast of metals and sizes. The base is a copper neck ring from which brass sticks and balls jut out at various lengths. The copper neck ring is made of 6 hinged moveable sections. Although unsigned, this necklace has been verified as made by Art Smith. A more complicated version appears in Messengers of Modernism on page 94 and on the cover.
