This Scandinavian silver and rock crystal modernist necklace is by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta of Finland. Kauppi founded the company in 1945. In the 50s he began designing pieces which incorporated local stones and utilized simple forms. The alternating three ring bail, is also emblematic of his work. Being listed, fresh from a local estate is a wonderful vintage Georg Jensen Grape necklace designed by Harald Nielsen for Jensen, no. 96B.
