Meant to be worn on a chain or chatelaine, this antique sterling silver emery has an entwined scroll design. Since needles were precious, ladies would use an emery to sharpen their needles in order to give them longer life. Sewing was a big part of their lives. It measures 3 3/8” tall, 3/4" wide and 1/8” deep and is hallmarked. Circa: 1880.

Very fine gilt silver bas-relief pendant showing two hunting hounds against a background of oak leaves and acorns and surrounded by a twig border. The design is pierced to lighten the overall visual effect and has a somewhat Art Nouveau feel. The detail is really superb. The back is marked “800” for the silver content.

Deeply engraved leaves grace the front of this sterling silver scent bottle. A flourishing monogram is on the back of the bottle and a long dabber is integrated into the cap. The bottle is hallmarked and has a small chain. The cap has a small ding in it. The bottle is 3 1/4" tall, 3/4” wide and 1/4" deep. Circa: 1890.

A great find. This is a scarce matching pair of high quality 19th century English sterling link bracelets, both with matching British registry marks and dated 1881. They measure 6-3/4" long and 1" wide; both have safety chains ans snap catches. VICTORIAN Austro-Hungarian Vermeil EAGLE & Claw Fob

This is a wonderful late Victorian Austro-Hungarian gold-washed silver claw fob with eagle's head, c. 1900. I don't know if the claw is a real claw or not. The fob measures 1 3/8" x 5/16" and is in excellent condition. The claw is a tad loose, but holds securely. The eagle's head bears the Austro-Hungarian mark for 800 silver used from 1886 to 1922.
